Showed up on time and had the right equipment to clean upper story gutters safely and clean the…read morewindows. Did not clean window sills when cleaning windows and screens. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

Finally, the third time he set an appointment with us, he was over an hour late, again most disrespectful even though we were trying to give him one last opportunity to bid our job. After spending over an hour with him, he promised to have a quote for us by the following Tuesday (this last meeting was on a Thursday). When we received nothing by the following Thursday, 2 days after we expected his quote, I left a message to please let us know status. He did not return our call. I left him 2 subsequent messages over 2 weeks, asking what is going on, but he did not bother to respond. In the last message, I asked him that if he no longer wants to bid the job, he could at least simply have the decency and professional courtesy to let us know. That was almost a week ago. AND STILL HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED US AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF OUR TIME! This is a rather stark indication of the true character, or lack thereof, of this individual and what you can expect if you engage him. We strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Lord knows what may have occurred if we had given a deposit and hired someone such as this who demonstrates such an incredible lack of respect for others! We are in Grants Pass, NOT NEVADA. This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.
