I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. When I arrived, I walked around aimlessly trying to find it, then I happened to run into Diane with MET (she explained later that she works with The Home Depot division of vendors). I asked her if she could help me find this specific item. Diane obliged to help me and she found out through her electronic work device that "it didn't have a specific designated spot just yet", so she went searching for it with another employee. 5-10 minutes later, they found it, and took it down with a safety ladder! I was impressed with their positive attitudes and due diligence in helping with this much needed item. Thank you so very much!

He also really listens when I point out problem areas and does his best--and usually succeeds--when it comes to getting these areas clean. My carpet is 25 years old and still looks great when he is done. I also appreciate that Robert calls the day before the appointment to confirm/remind the client of the upcoming appointment. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

However, apparently when the floors were measured, my husband told the installer he didn't need to measure that piece. So, it was not replaced, and had to be done after the fact. The other issue was there were carpet "leavings" EVERYWHERE, even though the installer said he had vacuumed. I asked that it be re-swept, but even then, there was still a lot of bits and pieces all along the walls, in corners, etc. I'm STILL trying to get them swept up.

They were unable to match it with their spectrometer. They matched it with a small piece painted sheet rock that I brought in. They matched it by eye and the color matched perfectly when I got home.
