He also really listens when I point out problem areas and does his best--and usually succeeds--when it comes to getting these areas clean. My carpet is 25 years old and still looks great when he is done. I also appreciate that Robert calls the day before the appointment to confirm/remind the client of the upcoming appointment. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

PLUS, their cost was less for a more expensive Mohawk LVP and install than other bids we received.
