As a result, it's such a treat and a relief to deal with a professional who 1) has good communication, 2) responds in a timely manner, 3) charges what feels like a reasonable rate, 4) does what they say they will, and 5) makes me want to hire them again. Then every 3rd appointment or 6 weeks, would have some drama and no-show. If she would have even given me notice the night before or by early a.m., I could have switched days or at least not worked for over two hours clearing every dog or clutter thing getting ready for her to come. But NOOOO, Sharon would text 20 minutes AFTER she was scheduled to be here with some drama and no-show us. Grand finale August 16th was big drama over having to talk to a police officer after yesterday's client was stolen from-- via a phone call 20 minutes after scheduled start time--and it turned out the officer just phoned for a few minutes, but meanwhile we were totally NO-SHOWED AGAIN. So I just requested return of our gate opener. THAT WAS NEARLY A MONTH AGO. Sharon thinks she now has reasons to tell me off and only today, decided to mail the opener back as I requested on August 17.

This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.
