When I went in, I had placed an order and then went back in to upgrade my carpet. As a customer, I trusted them as the expert to place the correct order. They did not update my order and the wrong carpet was placed. When I called to express this, they stated they never spoke to me about an upgrade and refused to fix it and address their error. Very dissatisfied. Seek business elsewhere that will actually take their customers seriously and treat with respect.

They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. While we were discussing some of the other options that they offer, (I asked) , it came up that they also did grout cleaning. They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. Which saved me time and money which was an extra bonus, considering they were one of the cheapest quotes I had gotten. They were both so incredibly nice, it was actually a pleasure to have them in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technicians. I will request them by name the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned.

I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Streaks on the furniture and the carpet. The smell was horrible. I called the next day for them to come back out to redo the job completely. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business.

But their customer service and their commitment to their stated values as a business. It's been weeks, they've acknowledged that they've left my carpet streaky - they know they have done a bad job an apparently; do not care. They refused to call me back at all. That was until I started saying "I don't want to reschedule, I want a refund so someone else can fix it. I do not trust you anymore." I got one (1) single call back to re-schedule, not refund, in the 8 calls I have made trying to get them to fix their bad job. The only helpful person I have spoken to is Lily, she seemed genuinely concerned and like she genuinely wanted to solve the problem - very sweet. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

They DO try to prep the crew coming in on the customer preferences, but seeing the same faces each time is beneficial. I DID have the same crew three times in a row but they were pretty bad.... spent under an hour and charged full price but to Zak's credit, I was switched to a new crew and NOT charged for the poor service I received! I have a crew now headed up by Lotus and both ladies are PHENOMINAL! Everything was spot on! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they are the faces I see going forward!

Huge Thank You to Brothers Carpet cleaning! I too read reviews carefully before selecting Brothers and I was absolutely amazed at the job they did. Had carpeting that had not been cleaned since we bought the house in 2009 - it had kid stains and dog stains I didn't think would come out. Tom very knowledgeable about the the stains and worked meticulously to get them out. Carpets look and feel fabulous underfoot. I have an upholstered rocking chair that I bought when my son was a baby - he is now 17 - it had never been cleaned and looks almost like new. Had my sofa cleaned too and it looks and feels so fresh and clean. They were quick, good and I will definitely use them again. read more

I've used a few other cleaners in the Medford area and I will definitely be calling Brothers again. Loved the text & email reminders. They were on time, professional, and I would trust them to clean my carpets when I am not home. Tom is great and provided excellent tips on keeping my carpets clean as well as being very knowledgeable on our carpet types (I had no idea!). I recently had company over who stayed in our spare room. Unfortunately, they got sick and vomited on the carpets! I tired to clean it myself but the smell just wouldn't go away. I emailed Brothers Carpet Cleaning and Tom got back to me right away, on a Saturday! They came out on Monday and cleaned the carpets. They smell so good now! Their worker was courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed the work to be done and presented a very fair estimate of the cost to complete the work. Charles came in and gave us an estimate and approximate time it would take for him to lay our beautiful ceramic tile floor. We bought and had delivered all the items he would need to do the job; tile and grout. He was great in giving us all the amounts we'd need. We also helped the cost by making sure the floor was ready for him, scraped up all the old LVP and linoleum that was underneath, swept everything and emptied the areas he'd be working. Charles and Mike arrive on the day he arranged with us, ready to work. We had him set up in the garage for his convenience so that we could lock up his equipment while he worked on the floor. He's very meticulous in his layout and execution; is full of information, and really knows what he's doing. His assistant, Mike was friendly and while he's still in the learning phase of this type of work, he was always moving and learning. They made a fantastic team. By the time they were finished, we had a beautiful floor in the entryway, living room, and both bathrooms as well as the halls leading to the bedrooms. If you are looking for an artist when it comes to laying ceramic tile, this guy should be your choice. Not only is he good, knowledgeable, and dependable, his bid was the most reasonable.

My tenants needed to have their carpets cleaned, so to try to save them some money, I told them about the MaxCare coupon in the local ValPak mailer: 5 rooms for $99. Both sets of duplex tenants scheduled appointments over the phone for back-to-back cleanings. When the team arrived, they announced that there would be an additional $45 charge each for doing the stairs - a 50% increase from their advertised price. When I called the office on behalf of the tenants, the man said that the scheduler should have asked if stairs were involved. He hadn't. The man with whom I spoke said that stairs were an optional service. I did not quibble about an additional charge for a stairway, but I told him that this "extra" should have been mentioned on the coupon along with the many other options and additional services that WERE listed. Plus I said that it was unethical that the scheduler did not ask about stairs but then the team insisted on the additional payment if the tenants wanted the stairs done. I will not be using or recommending MaxCare in the future.
