Brandon did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I was going to replace it next year but it looks so great, I am definitely happy to postpone that project. I can highly recommend New View! read more

Oh my goodness! There IS such a thing as a "carpet whisperer" and I found him: Aaron, the owner of New View. Ours was a dire situation: about a week before closing on the sale of a house, our dog had an attack of nerves and defecated on our fine wool carpeting in the largest room in the house. In four separate areas. Diarrhea--liquid poop. It was a nightmare. We observed how little a difference our best efforts were yielding. Then came Aaron & company! He gave us hope, but no guarantees. But, he took it on as if it were HIS problem, and that made all the difference. He cleaned for hours and then made a return visit and cleaned some more. Bottom line? The carpet looks great. Moreover, he cleaned other rooms which had been professionally cleaned multiple times and somehow got years-old stains to disappear. What a find! (Now, if only he was also a handyman, and a painter and etc.!) read more

I highly recommend New View Carpet Cleaning for their professionalism and excellent results. Arranging an appointment was easy, and once here, Jeff communicated clearly and knowledgeably about result expectations. I am very happy with the new fresh look of our carpets. read more

Better carpet cleaning than I thought was possible! CAT HAIR -- New Vision removed cat hair left other cleaners missed despite five years of annual cleanings! New Vision found it using a special tool that other cleaners don't own. RED WINE STAIN -- New Vision removed a wine stain that other cleaners said was permanent. We've needlessly looked at the stain for years! GROUND-IN DIRT -- New Vision removed dirty spots on stairway landings that other cleaners blamed on the carpet losing its dye. The carpet is fine. It's the completion's skills that are lacking. RAKING -- New Vision raked the carpets before leaving. It sounds trivial, but it's not! That final step made the floors look like new and it seemed to make them dry faster too. POLITE & PROFESSIONAL -- The New Vision office called the day before to confirm the arrival time. The crew arrived punctually. They worked efficiently. They took pride in their work. They showed respect towards me and my property. TRUSTWORTHY -- New Vision took my concerns seriously and explained my costs, options, and advantages and disadvantages for each choice. I wish every business was this good! We'd all have a better life. read more

I cannot possibly say enough about how absolutely phenomenal this company is. Supporting small local businesses is very important to me & I can say without question I will be a lifelong customer. I moved back to the valley after 20 years one week ago & contacted a carpet cleaning company that was recommended by my movers, to have 2 nearly new 8x10 shag rugs cleaned. They had been rolled up in storage since February so I just wanted to freshen them up. I could see during the cleaning that my rugs were turning a dingy color & even turned dark on the spots where he would stand. The rugs are less than 1 year in use with a strict no shoes rule, by the time he was done they looked old & dirty like someone wiped dirty shoes all over them. When he left the rugs were so soaked that the liquid soaked through to the carpet. The next morning my entire town house smelled like a dirty fish tank. I cried & cried that my beautiful rugs were ruined. I reached out for quotes from Yelp to have them corrected & that's when Aaron responded. What an absolutely phenomenal human being he is. He provided me with so much insight & information. He & his business associate came yesterday, picked up my rugs & took them off sight to try to correct the work done by the other company. Aarons generosity & kindness will never be forgotten. He is the prime example of why I support local small business. I will be referring him to everyone I know. Great people deserve great things. I am grateful for your help Aaron! Thank You! read more

Very responsive and professional. Did an outstanding job, and even a little extra at no charge. Highly recommend!!!!

TL;DR - Aaron and his guys do great work - book them! My husband and I were going to be buying our neighbor's house, and I was preparing by planning out what needed to be done prior to move-in. I was leery of renting equipment and doing a proper job, DIY-style, as the bulk of the house was carpeted, and hadn't been well cleaned in quite some time. So, I Googled up some local cleaners. New View's site impressed me, and I put them down to call for a quote as soon as we had closed on the house and were ready to start on tidying it up pre-move. Once we were ready, I hopped on Yelp (*usually* my first stop), out of curiosity, and read New View's reviews. I really liked what I read; they reinforced my impressions of what I'd seen on New View's site, and cemented my decision to make the call. I called, left a message, and a (very) short wait later, Aaron called me back. We had a brief conversation about New View's services, and our needs for this house. I was happy to hear that there was indeed a discounted price for an empty house (vs. a furnished one). My husband and I were interested in a standard cleaning (w/ any carpet correction, replacement, etc), as the carpet in the house was not in the best of shape, and would likely be replaced within the next 6 months. Aaron was very concise, his quote spot-on, and had great communication with us. On the day of our appointment, he and his team arrived promptly (early, even!), and got right to work. After all was said and done, our carpeting was 100% better than it had been, and we were super pleased. Aaron had even extended us a further discount, and given us a personal reference for local replacement flooring and carpeting. We will not hesitate to recommend New View Carpet Cleaning to friends, family, and neighbors. Should we replace our flooring with new carpeting - even if not, I have many area rugs!- we will certainly be repeat customers. Thank you very much for an excellent experience! read more

Five stars all around. Our senior dog had a poop accident and we wanted to clean asap after that. New View was very professional and helpful from the first phone call. I was able to schedule an estimate visit right away, and was given quick, courteous service with a very fair price. Our carpet is like new! The whole process took about 2 hours max and it was super easy. We really appreciate this company! read more

It's like we have new carpet! We had some gnarly carpet stains on our steps to the garage and I couldn't, for the life of me, get it out, no matter what I did. I generally try not to Yelp too much because in this day and age when even Grandma wants a Yelp review on her muffins, Yelp reviews start to become questionable. But in the case of Aaron, I can't not review him because it just wouldn't be right and I would lose sleep. I'm trying to think of another service or business that we've used that I would want to lavish such high praise on and I can't think of one. Aaron was communicative, prompt and prepared when he arrived. We just bought our house and the carpet had been well used and trodden on by another family. I told Aaron I wanted him to "make it ours" and I'll be darned if he didn't. He spent as much time on our two rooms and stairs as other cleaners have spent on five rooms and he restored it to such a state that it's fun to walk on, sleep on, roll on. We'd been in the house only three days but it suddenly felt like home. His prices are fair and maybe even generous. And when he was done, he didn't just cut and run - we actually had a bit of a nice chat and he's somebody I'd enjoy a cup of coffee or a pitcher with. My family and I recommend Aaron to you with high confidence and no qualification. read more

**short version for those who do not want to read the novel length version:** Best money you could spend on carpet cleaning. Aaron clearly takes pride in his work and puts in whatever time is needed to get the job done. (Spoiler alert for long version:) Our carpets look, feel, and smell amazing!!! **novel length version for those who love detail:** I first reached out to New View about two years ago, when we were closing on our house. I thought it would be great to get the carpets cleaned while the house was empty, especially because who knows what was on those floors (not forgetting that plenty of people probably viewed the home before we closed). Aaron was responsive and super helpful. We decided against carpet cleaning at the time, partly because we just wanted to move in ASAP, and because, hello, buying a home is expensive! Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. I looked down at our carpets with disdain regularly... seeing all my failures as a homeowner reflected in them. I kept asking myself, "How did we get here?!" My husband and oldest son are professional carpet stainers (in case you're on the market for such a service), and I am terrible at figuring out how to get that stuff out. We had a carpet shampooer that we occasionally attempted to clean with, but there were serious issues with our carpets that only holy water or new carpeting could help. High traffic areas were so painfully obvious. Other mystery stains were a bit terrifying. And with a young baby, I kept thinking..."We have got to do something about this before he's crawling!" So I reached out to Aaron again, hoping he wasn't harboring two-year-long hard feelings about me dropping off the face of the planet after messaging him in 2016. He was just as responsive, and he entertained a landslide of random questions of mine with no issue. So we decided to invest in our home and schedule. Aaron arrived on a Saturday morning (we were so grateful for the weekend option), and he explained his process and somehow managed not to laugh heartily at us in disgusted amazement at our atrocious carpets. (I probably would've if I was in his shoes!) He mentioned he expected maybe 2-3 hours, but perhaps that was before he realized our plight. He worked through every detail and stayed for close to FIVE HOURS. He was methodical, patient, and also, just a really nice guy. It's clear that he cares about quality. He took the time to explain so many things - from carpeting we should consider if we replace ours, to ways to keep them cleaner, to how to lift out spills, and beyond. Only someone with the highest integrity would give recommendations and advice that keep us from needing to enlist his help again. (Or maybe he thought he didn't ever want to wrestle with our catastrophic staining abilities again. I'm sure it's the former.) I fully expected extra charges for our apocalyptic carpet conditions, but somehow, we escaped unscathed. We did the math after Aaron left, and we felt that there was no way Aaron's time was worth the small price we paid to restore our carpets to an amazing condition. In case you're wondering, they are soft, smell great, and look unbelievably amazing. If you're looking for a company where you truly get your money's worth in service and quality of the outcome (I'm talking full Hollywood style makeover), look no further than New View. You're doing your home and yourself a disservice if you go with someone else. We've already decided we are going to just get this done annually from here on out - it's so worth it! It's like Christmas in July. Why are you still reading? Schedule with New View ASAP! read more

New View carpet cleaning did an amazing job. I had called and ask if they would be able to come over that day and do an estimate. I was told no problem. They came and did an estimate and was able to do the job the next day. My house looks amazing. I had over 2,000 square feet of carpet that had to be cleaned and it looks amazing. They did a great job. And didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. Would definitely recommend.

Aaron and his staff were so accommodating from the first phone call. We took possession of our house at 5pm on a Wednesday evening. Aaron was right on time. He was very friendly and explained how his system worked. He was very careful with the hoses around all the woodwork where he wrapped staircases with cloth. We have 3 floors. He set up fans so it would be dry by morning as we were moving in at 8am! I love that his equipment is sanitized after each cleaning! He was reasonable in his pricing. We will use Aaron again and recommend you do to! read more

I discovered Aaron and his crew on Yelp and decided to go with him because of the good review. I am so glad I did. He was super responsive to e-mail request and quotes. They arrived on time, did an amazing job. I just recommended them to all my friends tonight at a dinner party. He was even able to get a stain out of the carpet that had been there since before I moved into the house (which was over 5 years ago). Would gladly use again. read more

Finding a excellent carpet cleaning service has never been easy. Eric was a great communicator, professional, friendly, and thorough. My carpet was so dirty, and it looks new again, smells fantastic, and feels so good barefooted. I thought it would take a few days to dry, but it completely dried within 24 hours. I gave my carpet a couple thorough vacuuming, just believe the more dirt and dust removed prior to cleaning gives a best out come. The last vacuum was just before Eric arrived the morning of the cleaning. I have a good commercial vacuum. The very first task upon arriving was another thorough vacuuming. Amazing...I thought the assistant helper, was laying down a pre-treatment solution to begin cleaning, nope he was running a vacuum. Could not be more pleased with the service of "NEW VIEW CARPET CLEANING". Eric goes the extra mile, and he took about 10 minutes at the end while his assistant was finishing up to connect with me on a personal note. He will get my return business, as well as my word of mouth to those within my circle. Juanita read more

Great job! My 1900 sq ft house is mostly carpet. I had it recarpeted in 2016 and just had it cleaned for the first time. New View did excellent work. I have a dog and any stains the dog made are totally gone. The carpet looks like it did when it was brand new. read more

New View is more than just a great business. These folks are wonderful people who care to give their best to make your life better. My husband and I had a VERY difficult situation where our beloved family dog had a crisis last day of his life, and sparing you all the graphic details our house and carpets were ruined for certain. My husband called New View from the emergency vet because he didn't want me to get home and see the house looking like a crime scene - losing our poor pooch was distressing enough. Aaron and Derek came to our house within the hour and started getting to work, to help try to make a horrible situation a little less horrible. By the time we got home from the ER vet - our house was spotless!! We couldn't believe they were able to work a miracle with the carpets. We can't say enough about how grateful the wonderful job they did, ASAP in an emergency situation, and they even sent a beautiful plant the next day with their condolences for our precious doggy. We will NEVER use another carpet cleaning company. We will refer all our friends and family Thank you all again, XOXOXOXO read more

Aaron and his crew arrived on time at my daughters home in Medford Oregon and they were very professional. They used state of the art equipment to test for pet urine prior to steam cleaning as the crystals in pet urine can be re activated by water. After it was determined that we did not have pet urine, they vacuumed, then used an amazing machine with rubber rollers that extracted all sorts of debris all the way down to the pad. Finally they used the steam cleaner with 250 degree steam. His custom made filter he placed in line between the truck and the house filled up with even more dirt. Now the house feels really clean. I'm super impressed. read more
