I don't think I have ever had a better carpet cleaning experience. Cody and Ashton showed up to my home and did an absolutely superb job. I had only scheduled a basic carpet cleaning and they truly did the most thorough job I have ever had done. My carpet looks brand new, and they were not soaked like they sometimes have been. They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. While we were discussing some of the other options that they offer, (I asked) , it came up that they also did grout cleaning. They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. Which saved me time and money which was an extra bonus, considering they were one of the cheapest quotes I had gotten. They were both so incredibly nice, it was actually a pleasure to have them in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technicians. Well... I'm sitting here waiting for the carpet cleaning company to redo my carpet and furniture. When I initially called them for service they asked if I had pets. I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Streaks on the furniture and the carpet. The smell was horrible. I called the next day for them to come back out to redo the job completely. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business. read more

I made the mistake of booking this service originally through Angie's List. It's always a pleasant surprise who Angie's List are able to find for their flat price. I had booked it there for three rooms, with dog treatment for an apartment move-out. My original booking and this one did not work out, but the booking I made directly with Stanley Steemer did. I had asked for a 6pm appointment when I booked through Angie's List the second time. The first time, the cleaner did not show up. Stanley Steemer clearly explained their policies to me and apologized for the experience. They offered to match the price, even though Angie's List had actually booked it for only one room. They worked with me to make sure that I could get the carpet cleaned before my move-out date. They did an excellent job and the price was great! read more

I waited 5 hours and a no show with no phone call stating if there was a problem. I asked for a half hour heads up as my appointment was for 8-12 p.m. and I own a small business. At 1:00 p.m. I called the office in Tempe and was informed their computer system was down. In addition, they have no way to call the technicians as they are on a different system to let them know not to come. I informed the woman who answered the phone I would no longer be needing their services as the yelp reviews were terrible and I have very high end 44 oz carpeting and felt that they would damage my existing carpet. UPDATE 2: The crew has just left after their second visit. We are VERY pleased both with the end result and the professionalism of the crew. I would award 5 stars if this was the result of the first cleaning, but am awarding four simply because of the need to redo. I love to see a company that stands behind its work, and one that values their reputation for quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED UPDATE 1: The business owner contacted me. He was very apologetic and said they guarantee their work. He sent a crew out to redo the cleaning. They're here as I write. Stay tuned for update. Very disappointed. Our usual carpet cleaner for our rental property retired, and he was a whiz at making the carpets look great in the space of two hours. The Stanley Steamer crew cleaned for 45 minutes. And while the carpets are cleaner, I can't see how a single pet stain was removed, and the carpets just don't look like they've been cleaned. So we're shopping around for someone who can do it right. Deny use this company they don't do their job right? I got a carpet clean because my kid vomited on it. I had them go three times to redo it because it still smells I asked for a refund they denied the refund JASON only refund me back $32 for the deodorizer, so now I will have to pay another company to go out and do their job that one of their employees recommended me to because Stanley steamer only use water base chemicals don't use company do not waste your money. My carpets have never looked better! Mike & Tyler did a great job. They were prompt & courteous, explained the cleaning process and did a thorough cleaning. They moved all my furniture and put them back with protective pads underneath so there would be no staining on the damp carpet. I have cream colored carpet that was heavily stained in several areas and just plain dirty in others. The spots are all gone and the carpet looks like new. The price was very reasonable. Horrible service; in such hurry that they left the carpet dirty .They did not rake the carpet or move a thing; not one little white blocks under the furniture (Guest they're not needed if you don't clean under or around anything!) $560.00 dollars plus they were johnny on the spot to ask for a tip. My mother was in the house and I came in the middle of the upstairs being finished. Inspected their work and even showed them were it was not even gone over.They did not bother to even correct their sloppy work.Not good is an understatement. wish you could only see the photos and video: you would appalled and dismayed. Stanley Steamer had been doing our home carpets for 10 to 12 years and had never let me down so I felt my elderly mother could stay at the house. Joe and Brian cleaned our carpets today and also the tile and grout in the kitchen. They did a great job! They were good workers, very polite and very thorough. We've had them do the carpets a couple of times before and have always been happy with their work. This was the first time we had the tile and grout done, and it looks like new -- far better than what I could have done myself with hours of scrubbing. Had major carpet stink (dogs, feet) when moving into a rental... Called these guys and they took the time to do a great job. Fast forward a week and I think smells were lifted from the pad. I called and they said they would come try again at no charge. This second time they finally got it! They did a horrible job; none of the dirt/stains/dust came out. There was no visible difference. At about $100 an hour these guys suck! We bought our own shampoo machine that took out much more dirt then they did at the same cost. On top of that they were very rude and careless; to top it off they dumped their waste all over the front yard killing the grass. Do not recommend!
