To make matters worse, when she doesn't, she also doesn't text or call. We have heard every excuse in the book when I texted or called her to find out if she was coming. Here are some examples: I overslept. I'm running late (by 45 minutes). I'll be there. I'm leaving now. I've been exposed to Covid (because she is not vaccinated and doesn't wear a mask unless the client insists). I've got Covid. My stomach's upset. I took vitamins and they made me nauseous. I'm overbooked and burned out. She needs to get her act together and manage her business like a REAL business rather than letting her customers down over and over again until they give up and hire someone else.
