We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to the uncertainty presented by the stay-at-home orders for Covid 19. Once the parameters were made clear, the job began with crews working on our structures daily (with occasional rain delays.) The entire crew was courteous, thorough and did an excellent job painting all the homes. We had an outside contractor monitor their work who underscored the professional job they did. The outside paint work did not impact residents with respiratory issues as they used high quality low VOC Miller paint. As the HOA President, I was in almost daily contact with the onsite coordinator, Josh Macey and would like to commend on his excellent communication skills and responsiveness. In addition, he posted video logs of daily progress. It's particularly helpful to have good communication for a project that impacts residents for many weeks. Thank you Brotherhood Painting! PS Note: The one issue we had was the trampling of some plants. In order to prevent overspray, vegetation was covered with cloth. Some ground cover was flattened and the occasional branch was broken.
