The company I ordered it from offered me a small discount to try and find someone to "fix it" (I'm currently in a dispute with them over the entire situation). I reached out to Cabinet Connection and spoke with Dan who was very kind and told me to bring the board in for him to take a look at. He immediately said he would see what he could do and just a few days later called me to let me know the board now had all the necessary holes. I was so relieved when I assembled the console and the board fit into place perfectly! We measured our countertops very carefully and sent in dimensioned plans that were confirmed several times with us. We ordered a retro pattern that they sourced and after a few months, we drove down and picked them up- and they fit PERFECTLY. I hadn't found the countertops I wanted anywhere else, and was pleased to find them at MWM; I got them in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. The installers were Terry & Corey; they removed my ugly ceramic tile contertops and kept in communication with their shop when they found some additional measurements that needed to be added. They were very kind and patient and extremely professional. They cleaned as they worked, were very neat, and actually did some added features that I had requested with a great attitude. I must say both were very concientous and meticulous and Terry especially is a true perfectionist. He came back a few days later to complete some finish work and made sure I was happy. I am very happy to recommend MWM and Corey & Terry!

We lost $5,400 & no explanation given what so ever. We will be pursuing legal actions against this man. He has ripped off fire victims as well. The folks at Rocky Mountain Granite went out of their way to help by bringing out heavy machinery so we could see the pieces in full. After we chose a piece they sent someone out to measure quickly. A day later they called to say the piece we had chosen had some imperfections and we should come look at it again. After deciding that piece wouldn't work, they once again brought out the big machinery. We chose another piece on a Friday and by the following Thursday it was installed.
