Whether it's a full remodel or a smaller home improvement project, he approaches every job with professionalism. I will not do business with someone that thinks only his opinion counts.

We were in a pinch since the former owners had left much of the flooring incomplete. After calling a number of other companies we reached Rodney at Oregon Custom Flooring. What a find. He is professional, personable, available, reasonable and a genuinely nice guy. Most importantly their work is top notch. We needed other tradesmen and Rodney was able to refer us to other contractors who were from the same professional mold. Since we have a number of projects still to complete we will be scheduling them in the near future. Like other Oregon Custom Flooring customers my wife and I would recommend them to everyone needing quality work and professional service. It has been a pleasure working this fine company. Thank you.

I initially connected with Apex when a friend suggested I might try using Yelp to find a contractor. Christian, the owner, came to give me an estimate on removing some nasty carpet from a bathroom and replacing it with more appropriate bathroom flooring. I was trying to get this done quickly to better meet family medical needs, so I wasn't too fussy about what it looked like. I described what was needed and he used his experience to suggest what would work best for our situation and he sent me a few pictures of different flooring and edging to choose from. He bought materials the next morning, and had good communication on keeping me updated for his arrival time after the materials purchase. One thing I really appreciated is that he was able to plan the work around elderly family needs with the bathroom. Even though there were other bathrooms in the home, because it was the best bathroom for an elderly person to use at night, he kept it functional between the first and second days of work. Even though this wasn't necessarily the most "efficient" way of working he prioritized our needs. He also kept everything very tidy around the area where work was being done, and was able to keep the hallway outside of the bathroom accessible during the day while he was working. After the work was complete, Christian had me look it over, made sure everything was clean and every last bit of debris from the project was removed from the property, and later that evening sent me an invoice online. It was convenient to access and pay the invoice with a card via a secure payment platform. Christian was also very professional and respectful in all aspects of our communication and working in the house. I also appreciated that he's very clear and specific on what types of work he does and what he doesn't, and his connections to people who can help with other construction specialties. I would not hesitate to hire Apex for other jobs in the future!
