He takes such care with you and your choices; even if it takes some time to pick the perfect fit for your home. He will give you plenty of information and suggestions which were highly needed. Our new flooring we had put in throughout most of our home makes the value of our house look so rich. The floor has great cushion to it and easy to keep clean. I stopped in and viewed a lot of their options for new flooring I needed for a bathroom. I wanted something specific and they didn't have a lot of options for the dark / charcoal color I was looking for. Though, they had something close and Preston was supposed to order a sample to be sent to my house. After a week I hadn't received it. I tried many many times to talk to Preston about that but all I got was a defensive voicemail while I was at work saying he ordered the sample. I wasn't accusing him of not ordering it, I was simply trying to tell him I didn't get it and maybe a new one could be sent. I tried calling him again and leaving two more unreturned messages. I finally went to Liquid Liquidators and got exactly what I wanted and very quickly. I'm giving No Frills a 3/5 because the other people who answered the phone when I tried reaching Preston seemed helpful and concerned. read more

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Tim at No Frills Flooring. Several months ago he sold me some stock carpet for a rental I own out of town, more recently I decided to finish the job. They had more of this wonderful carpet in stock (for a very fair price) and I found vinyl flooring resembling wood also in stock took me 15 min. to make my purchase. I knew I liked the carpet and had high hopes for the vinyl flooring well by golly the vinyl blew my mind it looks so good (see attached picture). So good I'm gonna get some for own kitchen. We saw an ad on tv for oak flooring and went in and purchased enough for most of the house. The salesman told us there were knots in the wood but we could eliminate them by buying 15% more flooring and the installer could cut the knots out The installer gave us a bid that we accepted but tried to double the cost because the flooring turned out to be "factory seconds". The installer told us that all the flooring was in short lengths (1 to 2 ft. in length) which would make it impossible to cut off the knots. Installer installed it as it came out of the boxes, knots and planer marks and all. They took back a whole vanload of unopened boxes but we received no refund. We were really sold seconds as quality flooring. read more

I ordered some dark marble flooring with black. When the order came in it was tan. The salesperson said it was what I ordered and I showed him the sample on the wall and was told it was a variation of that and if I didnt take it there would be a restocking charge of over 100 dollars plus freight charges. I felt forced to accept crap I didnt want (one piece was even defective in the finish) and cried all the way home. read more

Staff is very helpful. Help me get the better priced item when I was searching for a specific tile that I wanted for my backsplash in my kitchen. Let me take their display piece home so I can see how it looked in my kitchen before purchasing. At a later date ordered my tile and paid for it. Was told it would take a week to arrive. After three weeks and no phone call letting me know my tile had arrived like they said they would. I decided to go down and check on my order. I was told "yup it is here. do you wanna pick it up today?" When I asked was anybody going to call to let me know it was here? I got a "oh, I don't see any notes that anyone's tried calling you. Sorry." No kidding... that's why I'm here... ugh.. I really didn't feel like I was of any importance to call since I had already paid for the tile. My installer was given the wrong carpet and installed a horrible neon blue carpet in my home. I was expected to uninstall the wrong carpet and return it to pick up the correct carpet. I bought an older double wide mobil home in Grants Pass and needed to replace the carpet. I wanted vinyl plank flooring. The flooring contractor I was using to install the flooring suggested No Frills Flooring. I am very happy with the service Sales Associate Mitch Pronobis has provided to me. Mitch is very knowledgeable about the various products. He was able to get the product quickly and worked well with my flooring contractor to get all the boxes transferred to my house. The LVP I wanted was one of their more popular styles: Vigor LVP Plus. The floor is wonderful! So soft under foot. Easy to maintain; I just damp mop it in addition to sweeping. No frills flooring saved the day for my family and I. We had water damage to our living room that required replacing the carpet. Using Service Master (which I do NOT recommend) No Frills was contracted to provide the new carpeting. Less than a year after installation the carpeting needed to be replaced as it had become damaged from our dogs and my husbands' wheelchair, unfortunately, the warranty information had not been supplied to us, and we soon found out that the carpet was not eligible for replacement because of the wheelchair. However, Brian at No Frills stepped up and offered to replace the carpeting at his cost since we had not received any warranty information (which should have been given to us by Service Master). In addition, Brian had quoted us for the wrong amount (too little) and then did not charge us what the actual amount should have been once he realized the correct square footage. Brian took the time to come to my house and spend at least an hour with me talking about the carpet, warranty, and wear and tear on carpets. He was professional even when I was upset and ranting (about Service Master), and when he left I felt confident in No Frills. My carpet was finally finished yesterday, it's beautiful, soft, and I think will be perfect for my family. I would absolutely recommend No Frills flooring for carpet!! read more
