Wellburn Electric have worked on two significant projects for us and they are a great company. They were able to work with the county and city on each occasion respectively, to schedule the work , taking care of all the permit issues, and then got the job done efficiently and quickly. The first project was installing new electrical service on a farm with two panels separated by a large distance, and involved working with another contractor and the whole project went far smoother than I anticipated. The second was replacing two 50-year old panels in poor condition with modern equipment and bringing things up to code, and this was done with no glitches in scheduling with the city, nor in completion. They turned up when they said they would and had the work finished when expected. Welburn electric has been with me for the last 3 years through all my projects. Our first project was a simple line from our house to the garbage underground. We dug the trench and Welburn electric gave us a few hints for future projects to do ourself. The second project was a whole kitchen remodel. Welburn electric was fantastic and respectful. The assigned electrician even tolerated my curious kitty who supervised from afar. He had full conversations with her telling her what he was doing. The last project was replacing lines through the attic to all my ceiling lights. They were a little rushed on this job. They were polite and hung all my lights when wiring everything. My only disappointment was plaster and paint fell from the ceiling in places. My home is over 100 years old, so these things do happen. We had some serious gremlins in our wiring causing receptacles to overload and fry some appliances and some lights would get brighter and dimmer. Pretty scary situation. The electrician from Wellburn arrived on time, found the source of the problem quickly and fixed it inexpensively and he even went through and cleaned up a few other loose connections to make sure it wouldnt happen again. These guys are knowledgeable! The guy that came out to my investment property, I believe his name was Ron, was a true all star. He knew about my low voltage electrical system and got started right away. He fixed several issues in a couple of hour time frame and was truly no nonsense.
