The electricians were great and did everything professionally and with a smile. What irritated me was their billing. I was charged for the hour, but they also charged me additional 15 minute fee to come to my house. Keep in mind I'm in the same city. That wasn't mentioned and wasn't a separate charge. It was added to their hourly rate, so an additional $37 to the invoice. read more

Got a call they could come out early. An Electrician showed up with an apprentice. They were quick and mostly thorough. Very kind, asked questions. We go to pay the bill and we are now being charged for the apprentice and the Electrician? Since when does the consumer have to pay for someone learning their trade? This is not ok. Winters electric wasted weeks of my time. First they didn't return calls then after I called and spoke with someone we made and appointment about 10 days out. We'll, I waited and waited and no one showed up so o finally called and they forgot. So someone dropped what they were doing and came about two hours late, but at least they came. I walked him through what I was asking for and he said he'd give me a bid by Monday. We'll today's Wednesday and they emailed me to turn down the job. The electrician. Did hint at how busy they were, but my point is just tell me that when I first emailed and then called and not waste my time waiting. I wo t be calling them again, ever. read more

Professional, great accurate pricing. The estimate was more then we were charged in the end. We had them put 2x to do a small job. There was a slight oversight on the first bill we were sent 1 with 1 price then another with another price when I called in to inquire as to the discrepancy they looked things over and charged a fair amount. We had to wait awhile to get the appointment but that's how it is nowadays. And they were worth the wait. Friendly employees and quality workmanship. read more

We lost our house in one of the Medford area wildfires. We ask Winters Electrical to provide us an estimate for installing temporary power at our house site. They showed up when scheduled, provided us with a reasonable cost estimate and got the work done in a timely manner. They took care of handling the permit, inspection and getting the all important "green tag". We plan on working with them in the future. read more

Since 1979 this family owned business has provided great electrical work. Brian grew up doing electrical work and continues the fantastic service and reasonable prices. He is prompt, clean, and does excellent work. My husband is a general contractor building high end custom homes for 30 years, and will not use another local electrician. I called Winters Electric because of their great reviews. Now I know why they have great reviews. The technician Rico that came out to my home was on time, knowledgeable, fixed a couple of other minor things while he was here along with installing two new outdoor sensor security light fixtures for me that I purchased. He wired up some new wiring and light box in my shed and replaced the outside receptacle to the shed and installed the weather protected cover over that. He did an outstanding job. Everything nice and neat, cleaned up any mess he made. Everything works great!! Now I feel safe and sound in my home and can see inside my "she shed" at night! Totally recommend this company 100%. And if I have any more electrical problems....which no doubt I will in my 1971 manufactured home...I will be calling Winters Electric out again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
