I would give Carpet Cleaning Bros 0 stars if I could. I'm…read moreguessing it was Tom that came out in June to clean my living room, one flight of stairs and around my bed. It took one hour and my carpet looked good. I paid $229.00 by check and gave a $20.00 tip. No thanks for the tip. After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response. I called October 25th, asked for a call back and to have someone inspect the carpet. No call back? I purchased the carpet in 2020, paying over $13,000.00. Al Schaller

A week ago we had Clarity Window Washing come to our home. It was extremely disappointing. We…read moreemailed them that we were not at all satisfied with the workmanship on the windows and the next day a crew showed up unexpectedly to talk about the problems. It did not end well. At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone. The next morning, when the sun came through our living room windows, they were full of streaks and the front screen/glass door was completely forgotten. Even more dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, when she doesn't, she also doesn't text or call. We have heard every excuse in the book when I texted or called her to find out if she was coming. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

Jason was on time, kind, and was ready to give a more solid quote and solutions to issues previous carpet company could/would not address. This morning my husband and I are so pleased with his work! My tenants needed to have their carpets cleaned, so to try to save them some money, I told them about the MaxCare coupon in the local ValPak mailer: 5 rooms for $99. Both sets of duplex tenants scheduled appointments over the phone for back-to-back cleanings. When the team arrived, they announced that there would be an additional $45 charge each for doing the stairs - a 50% increase from their advertised price. When I called the office on behalf of the tenants, the man said that the scheduler should have asked if stairs were involved. He hadn't. The man with whom I spoke said that stairs were an optional service. I did not quibble about an additional charge for a stairway, but I told him that this "extra" should have been mentioned on the coupon along with the many other options and additional services that WERE listed. Plus I said that it was unethical that the scheduler did not ask about stairs but then the team insisted on the additional payment if the tenants wanted the stairs done. I will not be using or recommending MaxCare in the future.
