But their customer service and their commitment to their stated values as a business. It's been weeks, they've acknowledged that they've left my carpet streaky - they know they have done a bad job an apparently; do not care. They refused to call me back at all. That was until I started saying "I don't want to reschedule, I want a refund so someone else can fix it. I do not trust you anymore." I got one (1) single call back to re-schedule, not refund, in the 8 calls I have made trying to get them to fix their bad job. The only helpful person I have spoken to is Lily, she seemed genuinely concerned and like she genuinely wanted to solve the problem - very sweet. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

They DO try to prep the crew coming in on the customer preferences, but seeing the same faces each time is beneficial. I DID have the same crew three times in a row but they were pretty bad.... spent under an hour and charged full price but to Zak's credit, I was switched to a new crew and NOT charged for the poor service I received! I have a crew now headed up by Lotus and both ladies are PHENOMINAL! Everything was spot on! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they are the faces I see going forward!

We…read moreemailed them that we were not at all satisfied with the workmanship on the windows and the next day a crew showed up unexpectedly to talk about the problems. It did not end well. At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone. The next morning, when the sun came through our living room windows, they were full of streaks and the front screen/glass door was completely forgotten. Even more dissatisfaction.

The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate. She was a bit on the grouchy side, and was not too good with listening to me (I told her 3 times that I only wanted the kitchen and baths done but she kept walking through my house telling me all they were going to do... finally she asked why she was looking at the whole house and I just answered "I have no idea:). So the owner is a little strange but you have to get past that. Miracle Workers did a really great job!!! The oven in the rental did not have a self-cleaning option, so the two women who came to clean the house had to scrub it out by hand... we all know what an immense pain that is! I had toilet rings in the toilets, and some serious grime at the bottom of the shower (yes I had neglected some cleaning a couple weeks before the move!). I had personally cleaned the rest of the home and garage. Their only job was the kitchen, baths, and windows. When I walked into the rental home after they had done their work I was AMAZED!!! They did an incredible job! The home smelled of a pleasant cleaner. When the cleaners got done with the window's in each room they vacuumed it again!! I was not expecting that!!! It looked so much better than when I had moved in! The kitchen... it looked brand new. I could not believe what they did with the oven. This stove has one of those electrical tops that is not flat. So you have to get in and clean each of the burners and under the burners. It looked BRAND NEW!!! They really are miracle workers!! The floors looked great, they had cleaned in every single cabinet and drawer. Really great work!! Bathrooms... once again looks brand new! I don't know how they do it!! The toilets and shower and bath looked immaculate. They did a seriously amazing job. I would totally use this company again. As for responsiveness and timing, I had called this company 2 days before we needed this done (it was a last minute decision) and they fit us in. They were on time to our home, my husband who was letting them in was late. When he got to the home they were already working on washing the windows outside the home. My husband and I were seriously impressed with their work ethic. As for price I can't really say if it was good or not. We paid $250 for the work done. I think there were two women there for 5 or 6 hours!! I couldn't believe it!

However, as night wore on, we noticed many things which were not addressed. The kitchen sink was not cleaned. Floors were not mopped; paint from my toddler painting the prior day was still on the floor. Shelves were not dusted. Top of the fridge was untouched with the exception of the finger line from the owner checking it upon her visit for assessment/pricing. In addition to things such as this not being addressed, three window blinds were either broken or damaged. My husband emailed the owner that night (Monday; today is Friday) and she has not felt the need to respond. We are unimpressed with this company. We will not recommend this agency to our friends nor use them again.

I have them for only 2 hours a month. They always arrive on time, never leave early and usually do much more than my original ask. Tracy always gives me my moneys worth.
