She arrived 10 mins early (points for her!!) to hear any specifics I needed to tell her and "get the lay of the land." Because of my back and knee issues, I can't do the hard core cleaning of the full shower and shower doors, kitchen and bath floors, and the oven as well as they could be, but she spent the time to do a fine job on my highlighted areas and managed to go over the rest of the house also. Evanne was very focused and experienced, immediately got to work and not a chatty time waster either and that was all much appreciated. Having such a good, committed cleaning job done on my "hard to clean" areas made the price for a deep clean worth it. Grateful

This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.

To make matters worse, when she doesn't, she also doesn't text or call. We have heard every excuse in the book when I texted or called her to find out if she was coming. Here are some examples: I overslept. I'm running late (by 45 minutes). I'll be there. I'm leaving now. I've been exposed to Covid (because she is not vaccinated and doesn't wear a mask unless the client insists). I've got Covid. My stomach's upset. I took vitamins and they made me nauseous. I'm overbooked and burned out. She needs to get her act together and manage her business like a REAL business rather than letting her customers down over and over again until they give up and hire someone else.
