My well pump froze up when electricity came back on after being off for 24 hours. Evidently the…read morepump had lost it's prime. I knew nothing about it, thought the old 1987 pump was gone for sure, but I called Quinn, and they sent a tecnician out within 3 hours of my calling. The technician was able to unfreeze and get the pump going again. He gave me an estimate for a new pump and system, as he said the pump is old and now has sustained damage, but he didn't try to convince me to buy a new system today, which would have been difficult for me. I am so grateful for the quick response, the effort to fix the pump rather than telling me I just needed a new one, and the courteous service.
