The licensed Plummer left the job half done and charged $100.00 an hour. Anyway, Jasper was super easy to communicate with via text with some photo ideas back and forth. He showed up to the job site with parts in hand, hooked up my dryer vent properly due to its unique design, placed the dryer as snug to the wall as possible and moved the washing machine over so that the entry door could finally close. Finally, the third time he set an appointment with us, he was over an hour late, again most disrespectful even though we were trying to give him one last opportunity to bid our job. After spending over an hour with him, he promised to have a quote for us by the following Tuesday (this last meeting was on a Thursday). When we received nothing by the following Thursday, 2 days after we expected his quote, I left a message to please let us know status. He did not return our call. I left him 2 subsequent messages over 2 weeks, asking what is going on, but he did not bother to respond. In the last message, I asked him that if he no longer wants to bid the job, he could at least simply have the decency and professional courtesy to let us know. That was almost a week ago. AND STILL HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED US AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF OUR TIME! This is a rather stark indication of the true character, or lack thereof, of this individual and what you can expect if you engage him. We strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Lord knows what may have occurred if we had given a deposit and hired someone such as this who demonstrates such an incredible lack of respect for others! We are in Grants Pass, NOT NEVADA. Address w/ Google needs to be updated.

They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. I called the number for Villa's and left a message. Shortly after, they called me back and said they could be by my house. at the end of the work day. I told as kept appraised of their eta by text and they were right on time. After giving me a very reasonable estimate, right there on the spot, I was told that they'd look at their schedule and get back to me. How surprised I was the next day! Villa's was able to send a 4 man crew to do the work the next day! Saturday! In no time, the hedge was trimmed and cleaned up and the large shrubs removed. Beautiful work! I was so happy and relieved to have this job taken care of by true professionals. Villa's was polite, respectful of our property and the neighbors' property, removed all cuttings and debris, and spent time answering my questions about future needs. If I don't end up having them do regular maintenance, I certainly will be calling at summer's end for fall pruning! I highly recommend!
