We reached out to Coleman Creek about one year ago regarding a remodel and deck replacement. Unfortunately, after multiple messages we never received a call back. After this experience I left a review here on Yelp sharing my negative experience. I immediately received a message apologizing for the lack of follow-up "due to being busy." So, we talked to them about our needs and they assured us they would get us on the books for an estimate. Thus, I came here and deleted my review as they seemed very sincere. Well, after 1 year of calling them back several times, getting multiple excuses, and absolutely no progress and/or follow through we finally have given up. It is absolutely mind boggling to us that a company would blow off a customer willing to spend their money with them; especially people as patient and understanding as we are. It is really sad how Coleman Creek Construction has wasted our time. If this is how they manage the beginnings of a project, I hate to think how they manage the actual project and construction. We have since found another contractor that has been absolutely great and responsive. I advise you to do the same as your time will be wasted with empty promises and excuses. read more

We bought a new home in Ashland that had major design flaws with the kitchen and laundry layouts. We contracted with CCC. to perform the required changes which were substantial. Structural, walls, appliances, hvac, electrical plumbing and so on, this was a major undertaking. Of course although we promised ourselves that we would stick to the final plans we couldn't help ourselves and added numerous modifications to the house. We are finally nearing the end of this process, we lived in the house during the renovation which is always a hard thing to do but CCC kept the house as clean as was possible. So what do we think of CCC. Professional Skilled Quality of work was fantastic Punctual Organised We are thrilled with the result CCC may not be the cheapest builders in town but having worked with other builders in the past the extra cost, if any was well worth it A big thank you to Michael, Brian and especially to Josiah who managed the day to day process and was instrumental in performing so much of the works If you are considering building a new home or renovating an existing home in the Ashland area we would strongly recommend you consider CCC. read more

As a guy who absolutely shouldn't be allowed to handle a hammer or screw driver, let me say how fortunate I was to find CCC. Michael and his team handled a total remodel of the entire inside of our home in 2 phases. First, everything except the bathrooms. 2 years later, the 3 bathrooms. It really could not have gone better. The results exceeded my wife's and my expectations and were truly splendid. I educated myself enough to do most of the design work and Michael then guided me through a realistic refinement of my design. Brian, Kevin, John, and numerous other crew members all provided excellent project management and execution. We actually lived in our downstairs rec room and garage for 3 months and CCC made this camping virtually painless. They stayed on schedule, kept the work site clean and safe, kept me informed, expertly managed their subs, resolved all misunderstandings with our expectations in the forefront. As in all big projects, there were many surprises. CCC took them in stride and went the extra mile, sometimes absorbing incremental costs to make sure we were happy and the job was done to their standards which, candidly, were higher than ours. 1. What factors made you choose Coleman Creek over others? The 1st important factor was a glowing recommendation by our real estate agent. The 2nd was the meeting I had with Michael to talk about the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in getting us a proposal. As we walked thru the house to talk about what needed to be done, he was very observant, asked great questions, and was experienced in numerous areas of construction. 2. What was the problem you were having before you hired us? We had just bought a house that hadn't been lived in for 6 years and was 40 years old. It needed much work both inside and out. We were also considering some significant remodeling options. The size of the overall project was too overwhelming for me to consider doing it myself. 3. What did we provide that you valued the most? We appreciated the conscientious manner in which Michael worked. We could walk thru the house and list a number of little and big items that needed attention and behold as the project progressed, they were completed. Also, he consulted with us many times about options in repairing damage or in performing some alteration; he was very clear in his analysis and steps to be taken. Michael is also very knowledgeable about who to call in when outside expertise is needed. He has a wealth of contacts and knows who to recommend based on his experience working with other professional over the years. 4. What did you like best about working with Michael and his team? The team was very considerate, cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant to be around, and all were very competent at what they did, and were conscientious about their work, and they worked as a team. John, the site manager, was especially skilled at keeping things on track and making sure that the little things were not forgotten. Michael was very patient with our decision-making process and flexible as the project unfolded and we made some changes in what we were wanting. 5. If someone called and asked if they should work with us, what would you tell them? I highly recommend Michael and the Coleman Creek team.
