I wrote a review for this business last year and they changed the name of the business within Yelp, and created a new business page. This caused my review to disappear so I'm going to add it back here for documentation purposes. I contacted the business through the Yelp messaging system asking for a price quote and they were extremely rude to me and suggested I should just go with some cheap competitor (insulting other businesses) since they insinuated my asking for a quote range was unfair. This is standard business practices to ask for a quote. I wanted to support a local business, but I don't want to be treated like I am an inconvenience for asking about cost of services. The implication was by asking about prices I'm cheap. When you treat people rudely before you even meet them you're not likely to get business and people are likely to tell others about how they were treated. Please think twice. Luckily there are many other options around who are happy to give price quotes including a possible range of prices before coming to look at the project.

I had a very complicated roof (3 levels, valleys, peaks, plus separate garage) and we decided after much research to go with a standing seam 24 guage metal roof. We obtained 4 proposals and Fontana was most responsive. The owner came and spent much time with me answering all my questions, he was very patient. He "listened" intently and knew what I wanted. This was also the way his roofers acted toward me. They answered all of my questions, they were understanding, they went beyond the call by helping clean a sky light that had leaked debris into the house. Anyway, the finished product is excellent and attractive. They also installed new gutter covers, they cleaned the gutters and correct joints where I had leaks. They also removed the failed stucco around the chimney and redid it in standing seam, the end products looks like something right our of Architectural Digest! I've aready had several people passing by ask me who did the job. So overall, yes they are excellent, you won't go wrong, you get quality value for your dollars spent!

They replaced all the wood under our roof to make it stronger, put protection, then new roof. They were courteous, worked hard and efficiently. We also needed a new security door in stalled on front door, a complete new roof over storage room, and they fixed drywall and painted in kitchen where rain had leaked through. I recommend them to anyone needing these services. They don't overcharge, have plenty of workers, only took 1 1/2 days to complete. And, they cleaned up after themselves. Great Company. The builder had done a terrible job using cheap paint, and Travis was able to fix several areas where they had cut corners.
