Mr. Ron Arruda, has been doing big and small jobs for our…read morefamily for over 20yrs. I personally don't trust anyone else for home repairs after all the amazing job's & repairs he has done for us...here are just a few... Today he textured our guest room that had old wall paper on top of cheap panelling. It feels like it is, a room in a new home. It is beautiful! And will be lovely after it's painted. I personally didn't know how I was going to improve this tired old room till Ron suggested the Texture! What a great idea! This is why I bring Ron out to the house when I'm not sure what or how something can be fixed. He always has an idea and solution. That always saves me in the long run financially. Here are a few other projects & repairs Ron has done out here.. He built us a medium Back Deck to replace the 3 single steps, leading to the backyard. He rebuilt a pair of stairs and rails coming off my deck at either end. He replaced the ceiling in our Walk In Closet! He built us, beautiful Stone & Concrete Stairs going from the lower yard to the upper yard! He replaced a wall on our dinning room. He's replaced doors, including the front door and gifted us a lovely Glass Screen Door. Ron put a new Roof on our home, along with helping our neighbors finish their Roof, on their Shop! When the Bomb Cyclone took out our Awning off the Shop and a complete Exterior Section of our home, he repaired them (1/3/23)... He built us hugh open/close doors on our shop. I know I am forgetting more projects/repairs, as I contact Ron whenever I need a job done.. Why? Because I know I can trust him 100%. He is Honest, Fast, Reliable and stands behind the Quality of his Work and his Word! I don't know if my review will do Ron the justice and recognition he deserves for the decades of Quality Work he has given to myself and his other customers. He truly is a diamond in the rough in the competitive contracting world. I know Ron was raised by his father with tools in his hands since he was very young. Learning to build houses from the ground up. There isn't anything Ron can't build. He also has built some beautiful Tiny Home's. Ron is replacing my daughters beautiful hard wood flooring at her victorian home that our Jan 13th 24, storm destroyed. Mr. Ron Arruda is Licensed & Bonded! If he is booked out a bit, his quality of work is worth booking an appointment. 541 227 4884. I personally Highly Recommend Mr. Ron Arruda... and I Thank U!

We reached out to Coleman Creek about one year ago regarding a remodel and deck replacement…read more Unfortunately, after multiple messages we never received a call back. After this experience I left a review here on Yelp sharing my negative experience. I immediately received a message apologizing for the lack of follow-up "due to being busy." So, we talked to them about our needs and they assured us they would get us on the books for an estimate. Thus, I came here and deleted my review as they seemed very sincere. Well, after 1 year of calling them back several times, getting multiple excuses, and absolutely no progress and/or follow through we finally have given up. It is absolutely mind boggling to us that a company would blow off a customer willing to spend their money with them; especially people as patient and understanding as we are. It is really sad how Coleman Creek Construction has wasted our time. If this is how they manage the beginnings of a project, I hate to think how they manage the actual project and construction. We have since found another contractor that has been absolutely great and responsive. I advise you to do the same as your time will be wasted with empty promises and excuses.

We bought a new home in Ashland that had major design flaws with the kitchen and laundry layouts…read more We contracted with CCC. to perform the required changes which were substantial. Structural, walls, appliances, hvac, electrical plumbing and so on, this was a major undertaking. Of course although we promised ourselves that we would stick to the final plans we couldn't help ourselves and added numerous modifications to the house. We are finally nearing the end of this process, we lived in the house during the renovation which is always a hard thing to do but CCC kept the house as clean as was possible. So what do we think of CCC. Professional Skilled Quality of work was fantastic Punctual Organised We are thrilled with the result CCC may not be the cheapest builders in town but having worked with other builders in the past the extra cost, if any was well worth it A big thank you to Michael, Brian and especially to Josiah who managed the day to day process and was instrumental in performing so much of the works If you are considering building a new home or renovating an existing home in the Ashland area we would strongly recommend you consider CCC.

They bid a small job of another type, took a deposit, then doubled the deposit, both of which we paid. They ordered materials. Then we were forgotten. I had to proactively pursue them for status, which seemed to be received with bother. After about seven weeks and several excuses, I was offered a refund of my deposit because "I'm too busy to follow up more on what happened to this order..." Wow. Sorry to have been such a hassle for you. My bad. Unprofessional in a small town can't be a good thing. I'd recommend making another choice if it were you.

I will always hire them for future projects. They keep you informed and involved, actually listen to your ideas and preferences and then do the job with expert care and attention to detail, explaining what is needed all along the way. Projects they've done for me include: Repairing rather than replacing rotting windows, (saving me thousands of dollars), fixing drainage issues on a balcony and re-tiling it, (which had been done previously by another outfit without success), Fixing all the wood rot caused by the aforementioned balcony drainage issues, installing beautiful wood floors and painting the rooms (and repainting someone else's botched paint job), fixing difficult doors, exterior stucco painting, and many many other small jobs I added to their punch list. Save yourself botched jobs headaches and hire the best from the get go, get it done right the first time, and learn a ton along the way by using All In One. Remember you get what you pay for and they have fair and transparent prices to boot. Stop looking and call All in One.

My husband and I hired Steve last October to knock out the back wall of our master bedroom and…read moreinstall tall custom-made French doors as well as Spanish tile floors with in-floor radiant heat in the master bathroom and bedroom. One of the things Steve promised was to keep us regularly statused with clear communication. THAT was a false promise on his part. He seldom communicated clearly and did not keep us statused. As the project continued over the next 7 months to the present day, it became apparent that Steve is not planful and does not understand project management. The first -- and best -- thing that happened was he hired Joe McKuen (arguably the best tile guy in the Rogue Valley) to install the radiant heat and Spanish tiles that we had already purchased. Joe did a flawless job in the first two weeks. Very impressive. Understandably, the custom-made French doors and glass panels took overlong to be fabricated due to supply chain and Covid issues. When we asked, we got an update from Steve but he certainly didn't keep us in the loop. Finally, in the middle of winter Steve said he was going to take out the back wall and install the French doors and sliding screens. That occurred over about a week or so in late February. He, his father (a very experienced framer), and the owner of the door fabrication company with two of his employees finally installed the doors EXCEPT for the screen doors. It turned out Steve had never placed the order for the screened doors. According to Steve, the price of the screened doors had doubled in the intervening months. He decided he wanted to find a different vendor although I said we'd pick up the cost difference. We're still waiting for the screened doors and for the paint stains to be power-washed off the brick patio. Steve hasn't returned our calls in over a month. We have no idea if he finally placed an order for screened doors -- or if he intends to finish the job. It appears that after he got his last check from us, he just walked off the job and doesn't intend to complete it. Steve projected that this job would be completed by late December at the latest. It is almost the beginning of May and has not been completed so far. Based on this behavior on his part, we do NOT recommend him or the company he owns, Rivercross Construction.
