This is the BEST moving company out there! Jake and his team were able to accommodate a long haul from Costa Mesa to San Francisco on very short notice, without difficulty, and at a very fair flat-rate price. Being a single female responsible for a good amount of heavy furniture and fragile items, I was very worried about getting them transported such a long distance safely, without damage, and on time. Jake quickly took all my fears away. He came to the apartment two days before the agreed upon moving date to look at what needed to be moved and how best to access the apartment. The day of the move, Jake proved to be a true professional and a hard worker who only hires like-minded people to assist him. Under his direction, they wrapped everything and strategically placed the items in a very well-equipped (and awesome) 26-ft moving truck complete with an electric lift gate. After loading that morning, they then drove straight through to San Francisco and unloaded everything immediately upon arrival. They were very courteous to the neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum while unloading late at night. Never once did they complain or argue, instead there was a good amount of laughing and solid teamwork going on. This is also a full-service moving company. Jake will amazingly disassemble everything and then reassemble it without directions and better than I could ever do alone. He will even take off doors to fit furniture in rooms that you want it to be in without hesitation! Moving tends to be extremely stressful and honestly, I was dreading for them to come. I ended up not lifting a finger. Jeremy and Mike took care of EVERYTHING. (Just two people!!!) They called me in the morning but I couldn't pick up. So Jake texted me to inform me about confirming the move and the time. Extra stars for being communicative. We lived in a very tight space so the uHaul was very large. Our neighbors weren't very happy. But they handled the neighbors extremely well and was very professional. I asked them to put the top on my truck and they had to continuously move the truck to make way for the neighbors. (This is on us). Without the inconvenience, I'd say that they took about 45 minutes to load. They were also very flexible with delivering an elliptical to another location which was on the way to another location. We then ran into another issue with with another tenant so it set us back another 5-10 minutes. Our storage was on the second floor and I had to leave them to pick up my child. By the time I was back (took me about 30-45 minutes), they were already done. Long story short, Jeremy and Mike were very professional, respectful, trustworthy, and handy. Also, thank you Jake for being so flexible, understanding, and communicative. You all made my first and stressful move experience very easy. For those who are looking for movers... look no more! I requested for a quote and jake responded super quickly. I requested for them to move my items on aug 6th but i needed movers asap and asked him last minute if he can come the next morning and he was able to do that for me. They are 24/7 for sure. Please take a look at the one star reviews on here. Using this company was by far the worst move I have ever experienced. I don't know where the 5 star help was but I didn't have it. They were completely careless with my items and my home. One of these guys was definitely on his first move and was completely careless with our belongings banging them against walls, railings, and the ceiling. At one point they got in a heated argument about how to move the refrigerator. I told them that the doors had to come off to get it out of the door. The third guy had to intervene and tell one of them to go outside and cool down. The joker's took my front door off the hinges to get the fridge out which didn't work because as I said the fridge doors had to come out. When it's time for them to leave to take the stuff to the new home they just leave the front sitting still off the hinges. Like WTF?!?! I specifically asked the owner if he had experience moving TV's and sleep number beds, to which he told me yes. Bull crap!!! My sleep number bed now does not work and pieces that were on the bed were just left out when they attempted to put it back together. The reason for the one star is because one guy was actually nice and decent. I was just appalled at how careless they were. If you care at all about your home or your belongings please stay away from this company!!! read more

Jake and Matt were a tremendous help with my move yesterday 3/6/18 and did an awesome job. They wrapped everything and treated my stuff with care while at the same time being efficient. I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom two story condo a mile and a half down the road. The minimum is three hours and even though it went a little over that I only paid for three hours. I was unsure of the date I would need to move as I didn't know when the sale would close, and Jake was super accommodating and fit me into his schedule.
