He carried it on his back through the weeds and up the stairs before the guys I had over even realized that he'd started. And this was a BIG COUCH, all natural materials (heavy wood), with a row of three seats as one side and a chaise lounger as the other. He was extremely careful the entire time. When I told the guys they should be helping him, they met up with him at the top of the stairs and he was able to communicate effectively with them (all non-native English speakers he'd never met before) to tell them how to move the gigantic thing through the hallways without hitting any of the wall sconces. I was very impressed. Throughout our entire engagement, Dan was extremely courteous even though I couldn't quite commit to a certain time due to my sporadic communications with the seller of the couch. He was a very good person and happy to help us out. Evidently, the couch seller was impressed, too--she later told me she was considering hiring him herself for a future move.

Matt and his team member (thanks Ryan!) were fantastic to work with. I truly appreciated the care they took with my belongings and would not hesitate to use Tip Top Movers again. I highly recommend Matt and his company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

First I'll start by saying I'd absolutely recommend Tetris. I'm a realtor and have clients leaving…read morethe state all the time, or doing smaller moves within our local area. After my personal experience with this company, I'd feel confident recommending them to my clients, friends, and family. And not because things went perfectly. Scheduling the move with Nicole was easy and their prices are fantastic. (If you think movers are expensive, consider the work and time they are saving you!! It is truly a bargain and these guys work their butts off.) However the day of the move due to some miscommunication on both sides (mine and theirs), things went a little sideways. Our move was important, I'm sure everyone's is, but ours was even more important than we would normally feel a move is, due to the fact our daughter is having surgery tomorrow morning and we really needed to be settled. It just wasn't possible to plan more ahead for the situation. When everything goes well and a company does a great job, that's always nice. But when things don't go perfectly and a company has to respond, the way they respond is very telling. Tetris dropped everything to make our move happen, sent us a crew of 3 (one more than originally booked) who all worked hard for long hours on a Sunday, and by the way they handled it all, it was obvious things typically go smoothly for them because they were so organized and able to pivot the way they did. I would use them again and we are super appreciative of their service. Thank you Nicole!!

Great service at a great price…read more They helped me move from a two bedroom apartment in midtown sac to a duplex in Orangevale. Everything went very smoothly and I was totally satisfied. The guys went above and beyond helping tetris things into their truck, and the little bit that didn't fit they helped me load into my hatchback. The only slight downside is that they were half an hour late showing up because their the previous move took longer than expected. But honestly it wasn't a big deal, and they stayed longer than planned helping me as well. Just something to be aware of when scheduling -- leave some extra time on both ends. And they texted to let me know they were running late.

Everyone that I had spoken with up to this point made me feel like they eere trying to squeeze as many people in as they could and for a high price. Now don't get me wrong....I totally get that you have a business to make money. But I just felt like another number and that made me question whether or not they would treat my belongings with care. However, the minute I spoke to Rachel on the phone with SC Movers, I knew that was the company that I wanted to go with! She was genuine and personable and answered all of my questions. They were also very fairly priced! Fast forward to moving day, Shawn and Cain were a few minutes early which we appreciated. They took a few moments to find out exactly what we needed and quickly accomplished it. My roommate and I were both impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient they were. Not that we were slacking - we just have too much stuff.
