Once I found Mariely, it was no worries. She's been my cleaner once a week for more than two years. She does a great job and doesn't take shortcuts. She's also quiet and focused on her work. Very important for me that work at home.

I haven't asked her to do too many "extra" things, but when I have, she has not charged me extra, which is very considerate of her. She has a regular day and time that she comes, but she always accommodates me if I need to change it. Her prices are competitive, and I believe that I get very good quality and value for the cost. She speaks fluent English, and she interprets for her crew. I'm happy to answer any questions that you might have about her or her work.

I have been using Hilda, Rosa, and their team's cleaning services for about 4 months now. We…read morestarted with a deep clean, and honestly my house needed that deep clean. For the deep clean, their crew of 3 cleaned for 3-4 hours! They scrubbed my shower tub so clean that it looked almost new. My kitchen is often greasy because we are a Chinese family and we cook a lot and oil splatters everywhere. Hilda said she used soapy water to clean the cabinet doors to get all the grease off. My stove was very gross and they made it shine. My entire house smelled like citrus cleaning product for the next day, which surprisingly made me very happy and relieved. For my regular cleanings, they take about 1.5-2 hours with 3 people. I ask Hilda to focus on kitchen and bathrooms, those are my problem areas. They always clean the tabletop toaster oven and microwave. I spot checked light bulbs and lamp shades and they're dustless. Even the chandelier is the cleanest it has been for years. All my countertops and mirrors are whipped down and super clean. I like the attention to detail, they wiped down my bathroom organizer spiny shelf thing which was very dusty. Hilda does a walk through at the end to double check that things are all done. The initial times they came, it was a lot more intense cleaning. Now the maintenance is a lot more chill and they were out the door in 1.5 hr this last time. My house is cleaner each time they come, I notice they tackle different small details each time. They cleaned up my couch and even helped us declutter in the livingroom. They leave my house clean and fresh every time and I feel less stressed. Hilda prefers communication through text. Her spoken English sounds fine to me, but she says she sometimes has trouble understanding and so want it in writing so she can understand better. I initially contacted 5 cleaning services to inquire about cleaning. Then I interviewed two people at my house to have them take a closer look and align on what I want them to clean. Every company do things a little different. Some will only do every two weeks for regular cleaning, some include windows while others didn't, but most of them were flexible and can negotiate on scope. Hilda had no reviews online, so I asked if she has any referrals I can call. I wanted to hire someone for long term monthly cleaning, so trust was a big thing for me... having strangers in my house regularly was a scary thought. Hilda gave my number to some of her regular customers and they called me giving me raving reviews. Most of them had been using Hilda's services for 20+ years! It was almost too good to be true. I think the reason there's not many reviews on Yelp for Hilda's crew because they're a small company, and some of their regulars are not tech savvy enough to own Yelp accounts (my parents and grandparents certainly do not have Yelp so I understand). But I asked very specific questions to those referrals who called me, and they sound genuine and real, even told me some constructive feedback for the cleaning crew. Hilda's pricing was in the middle range for the companies I contacted. But it was hearing from her regular customers that convinced me to hire her long term. Last but not least, if you decide to give them a try, let her know that Selina from Hercules sent you. She'll know.

We've worked with them in professional situations (window washing and cleaning homes for sale for real estate agents) and in a personal capacity (cleaning windows in my own home). They clean roofs, gutters, windows for residences and handle janitorial services for commercial buildings. They also will work with home sellers, agents, and/or stagers to ready a home for sale. They are detail-oriented, fair in pricing, fast, and on time. We've contracted quite a few maintenance services who either just don't show up or don't do a good job.
