The women who cleaned my apartment were punctual (actually early!) and very friendly. They loved my cat! They worked for about 4 hours and did a very nice job. I didn't give a full 5 stars because although my apartment is very nice and clean, I specifically was looking for a deeper clean which I don't think I received. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.

After…read moreshe saw my 1 star review, she realized that we had had a miscommunication about the baseboard and she reached out to me directly to try to make amends. She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment.
