I called multiple other companies and no one else was available quickly or at all (this was a Sunday night). I called his service - City Wide Towing - and immediately got ahold of Rick. Rick was polite, professional, and got to me in ten minutes. His tow rate the lowest of the couple options I had (and between the two, he was the only one free to meet me ASAP). I thought my car was needing to be towed (it had failed during the multiple attempts to jump it with jumper cables), so the only conclusion I could think of was a dead battery. When Rick arrived, I was in an upset and nervous state after being by myself on the side of the road, with night time approaching, and after having fumbled through other failed options. Rick was extremely reassuring and helpful - he was patient with me as I explained my situation, and he asked if he could attempt to jumpstart it himself. Voila! (My car battery is in a really weird place and very difficult to attach cables to). Even if my situation would have necessitated a tow, I still would have felt very comfortable working with Rick. I'm so, so grateful to Rick and his business.

I just want to say thank you to City Wide Towing for taking care of me in such a fast and professional manner. It's rare these days. Thank you City Wide Towing!

Talk about taking advantage of two women that are trying to get roadside assistance due to a flat tire! I will never use these jerks again. The driver's name was Omar Ahmad and in my book he's a crook. i was not the one who called them my friend did and I just obliged him because we needed the car picked up before it got towed by the city which would most likely have been a lot cheaper! The extra fees are absurd. Especially considering the quote I received was $59 plus $60-$90 anywhere inside the city (no mileage). Obviously that did not happen. $228!!!Extra labor and special equipment? Plus an additional processing fee and mileage? What a joke. This vehicle was towed to/from the same places less than a week earlier for $120. It was a basic tow then so I'm not sure what was not basic about it with this particular company. Beware of price gouging and misinformation.

Charges were: $89 - service call (which gets you nada) $45 - mileage (cause just cause they put your car on the truck doesn't mean you want to take it anywhere) $120 - tow charge $29 - special equipment (which was (2) 2x4 pieces of re-used wood, to keep the car from scraping when they drive it on the flatbed) $39 - drop off fee (cause you might want to just leave it on their truck forever??) Unreal. This is simply theft, in my opinion - run away from these thieves!

I waited an additional 35min, when I called Mr. Tow rep he said oh it will be another 45-60min. I asked why did the app give me a different time? He said oh they just give times but they are not accurate. I said how is that great customer service. If I were stranded waiting for 85min is already long, then you want me to wait AN ADDITIONAL 60MIN!!!!!! He said well maybe you need to call a company who can work at your convenience. WHAT!!!! Driver showed up in a personal truck tied the strap on and pulled my car out. Took less than 2 min. I asked him how much. He tells me $200. Not even near what I was quoted. He went back and forth telling me I talked to someone else while I know exactly what number I called. No tow truck was used. I was completely fine with paying $95 but was taken advantage of and over charged. He ended up going down to $165. Don't waste your time using this company, call someone else that will honor the price they quoted or atleast generally close. While there was barely any labor involved it was not worth $165. Will not be using them ever again.
