If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Hands-down! They came to pick up my vehicle, quick and easy and the driver (shout out to Jonathan), was friendly and informative. He hooked up my vehicle and then off he went when I realized I forgot something in the car that I desperately needed. I had to call the main office (shout out to Kim) she moved fast to get in touch with Jonathan to come back immediately. Jonathan turned around so I can get what I needed out of the car. No hassles, no we're sorry you're gonna have to go to the place where we're dropping the vehicle off, just good old-fashioned customer service the way it should always be! Thank you for being so understanding and for exceptional customer service. read more

Of course I can't prove it but since my car was towed and left unlocked overnight I'd like to make note that $40 was stolen from my car. Car was here 8 hours and it cost me $400. $440 if you include what was stolen. read more

Kyle from Euless B&B Wrecker Service gave absolutely exceptional above and beyond service!! He went out of his way to help get my Mini off the street when my transmission went out all of a sudden. Thank you Kyle! read more

They overcharge. they simply tell you 1 night is around $22 but did NOT explain an initial fee until I was ready to pay. they don't even let their customers know that they charge you an extra $75 on the third day. and on top of that, an additional charge if you use your card. i walked in expecting to pay around $70 because that's all they told me. ended up paying $400 for my car being on the lot for 3 days. read more

I was so impressed with Lab today! He arrived and took great care of my daughter's car - she had hit a curb and both passenger tires were split/busted open. He was professional, knowledgeable and was outstanding! We are a military family and the company offered a discount off our bill. I will definitely use them again if towing is needed! 100% recommend! read more

I enjoy reviewing businesses and places I've been, but it's particularly enjoyable to review businesses such as Euless B&B Towing and storage. I've been using them for going on 35 years now, and they have never once done anything shady. The towing business is full of unscrupulous operators that victimize customers with unexpected and unwarranted fees, and charges, and some going as far as vehicular theft. I've never seen any behavior in many different transactions with B& B that weren't conducted in a professional and businesslike manner. I do enjoy finding old cars that others thought were dead, and buying them and repairing them in spite of what the uninformed thought. Countless vehicles go in the trash can due to customer ignorance coupled with greedy repair shops, or others misleading the owner into believing it can't be fixed. I've owned so many cars like that I can't remember all of them, but they have taken me farther, for less money, than any new or reasonably new cars. The price tag is once in a while they quit working and have to be dragged back to home base. B&B has come and got me and my whatever car and brought me back home, time and again, for fair rates. They dispatch quickly enough, as I've never had a long wait to get some help. I believe this to be a family business just trying to make a honest living on this journey we call life. When I need towing help, and I'm in control, they are the first on my list to call. So, if you're stuck somewhere or just need a car that's not working moved I absolutely recommend these people. They are courteous, professional, and they are NOT trying to find another nickel to add to the bill. I can claim 35 years of doing business with them, and I'm still coming back. I just hope they are still here for many years to come as they are an asset to the whole DFW metro area, and I'm not likely to quit driving old cars that save me a lot of money. read more

Car broke down. I was cold and wet. Kyle let me stay in the cab while he did all the work. Polite and helpful in every way.

Roadside vehicle failure. B&B was dispatched by local PD with estimate arrival of about 30 minutes. Was there in about 10. Driver was Kyle M. Got my truck loaded and off the side of the road quickly & safely. Runs his truck very efficiently. read more

These clowns couldn't tow a toy truck across a parking lot. Bert gibbons was the wrecker driver this clown is a joke.

My truck died at a very busy intersection, had no idea who to call .. so thankful the first company I called was B&B.From dispatch, to the wrecker driver, everyone was very helpful, courteous and professional. Pricing was upfront ,reasonable and did not change, they walked me through every step, got the vehicle loaded and dropped off as easily as possible. Do not use this guys dude staff and drivers. If you look around first, the lady at front desk is rude

Low quality service. If you want to deal with a disrespectful company, from dispatch to driver give them a call. Driver chose to spend more time smoking his vape and socializing than anything else. Ended up having to get a different company. read more

My car broke down, exiting Highway 121 South at Hall Johnson Road. Thankfully, I could get off at the access road, and someone helped me push my car to the shoulder. It is hard to find a tow service by doing searches on your phone. I finally went to yelp* and got some decent selections to choose from. I called Euless B&B Wrecker Service and talked to the dispatcher Debbie to arrange for service. Told me the truck would be there within 30 minutes, which it was. Jason, the driver, went right to work. Explained to me what needed to be done to avoid damage to my car. He also let me ride to my towing destination, which was great. This tow truck was very nice and well equipped. Having your car break down is not fun and can be somewhat frightening. People will help you, yet others almost will hit you. Once the wrecker service showed, things calmed down for me. If you are anywhere close to Euless or Grapevine and need to tow service, this is a good choice. As per my invoice, the price for this service was very reasonable and highly recommended. read more

Had a dead battery in my car. I've been a AAA member for many years. Called AAA first. AAA won't let you talk to a live person anymore. They use text messaging.. waited for the tow truck to respond with an ETA. After 45 or so minutes of waiting for that, I attempted to call AAA. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Decided to call Euless B&B. In 15 minutes a tow truck arrived. 30 minutes later my car was at the shop. I definitely recommend Euless B&B. As for AAA forget them. Their service is not what it once was read more

Don't believe the reviews. The only ppl leaving reviews are COPS n their family's. This place works hand in hand with the dfw police department. Towed my vehicle 5 miles n stored it less than 8 hours. I was charged 160$ for the tow I was charged 21.99 for storage I was charged 21.99 for impound fee So if u had a bad day believe they will make it much worst. Horrible business. Owners need to be taking out to the pasture Then made me wait an additional 45 mins outside for a driver to walk me to my vehicle read more

Very grateful for this company. One of the only towing services that answered my call for help at 4am. The dispatcher was very kind and made me feel less anxious while I waited on the side of the highway for the towing truck. I broke down in a dangerous spot, but the operator arrived quickly and worked fast to get me out of there safely. Thanks again, B&B! read more

Looked to schedule a tow to my mechanic in grapevine from euless. I honestly sorted by distance and called each one to see prices. They were the 3rd one i called and only one to answer so i just scheduled it. I told them i needed someone here by 1030-11am to get it to the dealership/mechanic by noon and they were here exactly in between that time frame. The guy (didn't catch his name) was very kind and professional. Got my difficult vehicle (wouldn't start and wheels were locked) onto his tow within 15-20 mins and was out of here. They quoted me $160 and i paid $150. Not sure how much normal tows are but ill always choose simple and quick when it comes to stuff like this. read more

Went to pick up my car and was the only person in line. They requested I go wait by the back gate and said someone would Be out to take me to my car. I went to wait inside a friends car and someone came on the speaker and said, "you have to wait by the gate". I waited 20 minutes in 93 degrees/no shade. When I went back to see when I would be helped the woman told me it would be another 45 minutes... I asked if she could please help me now, since I've been waiting and she said 'no'. So, as they help all of the other people that were in line after us... we wait to get into my car. Which is really frustrating. UPDATE: Sweet Dale is the only good thing about this place. Do not ever. Ever. Ever use this company. They are the most dutifully awful and unhappy bunch you will.ever encounter. Disorganized. Disrespectful. If it weren't for the contracts they have with local cities and agencies ..which i don't know how they maintain with their terrible rating. They wouldn't have any business at all. Gross incompetence from the phone to the desk to the yard. I like to hope my experience was a one off but I do not see how that could be possible read more

I was in a car accident on May 12, 2022. My car was towed by B&B to their lot and my insurance company towed it to IAA in Northeast Tarrant County. My car was totaled and when I went to get my things out of my car everything was bagged up. However I had a bag full of coins in the console along with a LOT of quarters I had been collecting. It wasn't just chump change. It was at least $200 worth of coins. I contacted both places and neither place seemed to care. This is an act of theft and I would never use either place again. Whether it is money or anything else, items in the car were mine and no one else's to take. read more

Bobby, one of the managers at B & B helped me resolve and issue with my tow, which was by the way, executed very professionally and timely. Rude. Unprofessional. Slow. I certainly wouldn't call them if I were looking to get anything done expeditiously.

Glad I didn't read the reviews and went ahead and called. Stranded on a busy 70 mph highway overpass with a broken throttle cable in the heat of August on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Lady answering the phone knew exactly where I was and had a wrecker there in less than 15 minutes. Wrecker guy looked at the cable to see if he could reconnect it before towing. He had also called another truck to park behind us for safety because of the overpass. It was broken so tow was inevitable. Insisted I sit in the air conditioned truck for both comfort and safety while he got the car on the wrecker. He knew my car was often all wheel drive so was careful about that. I went with him to the shop where he dropped it off at their front door. Wish I'd thought to get his name. I never felt uncomfortable and the price was reasonable. read more
