After 4 hours trying to get someone out to help me, Anthony from Abbey's Wrecker Service came to the rescue. Without even seeing my car he knew exactly what was wrong with it and gave me hope that it will be a simple fix to get it down from the 4th floor of a low-ceilinged parking garage, safely onto the tow truck, and over to the mechanic. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to call again if I'm ever stuck in a similar situation, but I'm definitely requesting Anthony!

They checked their system, sent me a text so I could pin the location, and when the vehicle wasn't there, they quickly canceled the tow and helped me figure out where it may have been taken. They explained it was likely picked up by the Sheriff's office. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Hopefully I won't need towing services again, but if I do, I would absolutely use Abby Towing & Wrecking.

I have spent over $50k with these people, the amount does not matter and I am not bragging, but I…read morehave been very lenient with the mishaps. Every time I leave my vehicle; some part is missing, something is not put back, new scratches/dents, or they have me spend money on incorrect parts or useless parts. The last time I did not spend the $8k they were trying to sell me while in there to get something minor done, they informed me 2 days later that the product they had me purchase from them won't fit on my model truck(again!) I ask you, shouldn't they know what products they offer will or won't fit on your vehicle? Especially in this economy now, if you're not spending thousands and thousand of dollars with them, they will just say "ehh, that product we sold you won't fit."
