Got this service through 360 Towing Solutions. Beware of additional fees that make zero sense. I had a Honda Accord towed from one parking lot to another parking lot 6 miles away. The extra fees are absurd. Especially considering the quote I received was $59 plus $60-$90 anywhere inside the city (no mileage). Obviously that did not happen. $228!!!Extra labor and special equipment? Plus an additional processing fee and mileage? What a joke. This vehicle was towed to/from the same places less than a week earlier for $120. It was a basic tow then so I'm not sure what was not basic about it with this particular company. Quoted $89 for a tow to the dealer. Got there, and handed a bill for $322. If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a flat tire, and needed a flatbed tow for my sports car. Charges were: $89 - service call (which gets you nada) $45 - mileage (cause just cause they put your car on the truck doesn't mean you want to take it anywhere) $120 - tow charge $29 - special equipment (which was (2) 2x4 pieces of re-used wood, to keep the car from scraping when they drive it on the flatbed) $39 - drop off fee (cause you might want to just leave it on their truck forever??) Unreal. This is simply theft, in my opinion - run away from these thieves! read more

RIGHT ON THE SPOT!!! These people turn my car break down into a pleasant experience... Called them at 1am on a sunday after trying my luck with 2 other towing compnies ( went straight to voicemail ), less then 40 minutes later I had their guy ( had a weird name that I can't recall ) quickly and professionaly loading my bike onto his flatbed... Price was same as quoted over the phone ( bad experiences I had in the past taught me it's rare with this type of emergency services ). All in all I have nothing but good words about my experience with towing dallas. HOpefuly I won't need to have my bike towed again any time soon but In case I will I know who I'll be calling. read more

Beware- Hind sight is 20/20 folks. Learn from my experience. This is a call center operation. I called for a tow. Unusual circumstances- broken down on side of highway on shoulder, car was locked, driver was already rescued. The price and billing is very unclear and the more questions I asked, the more the person wanted my credit card number. I specifically asked if they could tow without the keys and they told me yes, but it is harder. All the charges we discussed amounted to about $200-250. Call center quote is not accurate. Later, I realize You pay $59 to the call center for the service call. They dispatch out to other companies. Then the tow truck driver calls and keeps you updated through the towing experience. Invoice does not have 'Towing Dallas' on it, but has '360 towing'. I thought it would be about $200-250 but there were additional fees from what I discussed with Towing Dallas. Total $353 $353 breakout as follows: Service Call- $59 Hook up fee-$75 Mileage-$144 ($3/mile) Lock out fee-$75 Highway pick up fee-waived It was towed to a repair shop and after speaking with them they said the car arrived on a flat bed and unlocked. They also said they have a wrecker service they work with that would've been cheaper. Moral of this car story-if towing to a repair shop, ask them if they have a preferred towing service No complaints with the actual tow. Complaint is in regards to lack of transparency of call center setup and minimal visibility into pricing until billed. I do think it was a horribly expensive tow! read more

These Guys saved my life!! Not once, not twice, but four times!!!!! I've called towing places before and it usually takes at least two years before they call me to ask me where I am for 15th time then another five hours to locate me! Ok I'm exaggerating a bit but that's what it feels like when you are stranded next to your car that refuses to start! Up until recently I was having some serious electrical issues with my ride. They have jump started my car, towed my car, and they even diagnosed the electrical issue that the dealership didn't see! Everytime I called they sent out the same guy and he always called when he was on the way and then the call center would call me just to make sure he was on his way! Soooo Nice! Excellent Excellent customer service! They may not be the cheapest in town but their reliable fast and kind service makes up for the money factor and it's well worth it! read more

My first flat tire and it's a blowout 120 feet up, over the High Five. This was my worst nightmare coming to life. It was 9:30 pm, Saturday night. I was driving home from an uptown grocer, and I get to the top of the 75 NB ramp onto 635 WB, start merging into 1 lane and I hear some scraping and a low boom. I think to myself, that was NOT my tire.. I'll just keep driving. Uh uh. I realized I have to exit, but Hillcrest is 3/4 a mile up. Ironically, I am thanking the heavens for the construction at the bottom of the ramp. The same construction that caused me to sit for a half hour, near the same spot a week before. There was no getting off the freeway, but this was a small blessing. I sit there for almost 40 minutes calling 4 or 5 different towing companies. Google was not being cooperative, but I managed to call Jordan's Towing, Scotty's Wrecker Service and a few others I don't remember the name of. All of them said no - too far or too busy or just plain no. Finally, I called Delta (thanks Yelp Mobile) and it seemed too easy. They took my info, and said no problem. Not only that, but it wasn't too expensive - $75 to hook up and $50 - $75 depending on how far. The hubster just got there, so we loaded up the groceries and drove the 10 minutes to the house. By the time we had unloaded the groceries, and gotten back to meet the truck, the passenger side window was smashed and my car electronics were gone. However, that is another story, and a different review. In the end, we waited on the tow truck and he hooked up the car and delivered it safe and sound to my apartment's parking lot. That was the only part of the night that couldn't have been smoother. Thanks Delta! Btw, if this ever happens again, I will remember to leave the windows rolled down and take my stuff w/me. read more

Now this is how to run a towing service! My Explorer finally quit (ongoing problem I have been too lazy to fix) Luckily I selected Delta towing from the list on my smart phone. I have had two (all) bad experiences with rip off towing companies (see my review of JJMR Tow - Car Thieves!) so I was pretty apprehensive about getting hosed again. I reached what seemed to be their answering / dispatch at 7:45PM and was told that it should be about 30 minutes but they would have the driver call me and confirm. I was once told the same thing and they strung me out for three hours! Their driver called within 5 minutes and told me he was on his way and he expected to be there in 30 minutes. HE WAS! Ori is the driver 's name. He was very helpful and courteous. Although my car was stuck in a bad spot where he could not legally get to the rear end (proper hookup) he went the extra mile to hook it up on the front, tow it into a residential area where he could then unhook / re-hook and get to the rear for the trip to the house. Tidbits - *** Ori, the driver informed me that if I have full coverage insurance it should reimburse me for this tow charge. I never would have thought of it! So if it is true (should be) he saved me the entire cost of this tow!! When I asked , the driver told me that their company is not involved in the "legalized car theft" that is a big part of the towing business in Dallas. This is the practice of contracting with property owners then constantly cruising those properties and towing cars off to South Dallas where they are held for ransom. Delta towing is strictly in the roadside assistance business. The truck I rode home in was clean and comfortable. The driver was able to process my credit card right in his truck. No big deal these days but a cut above the neanderthals I have had to deal with! Ori made extra effort to deposit my car in a tight spot in my alley entry driveway. No worries, no complaints. Total cost $120. Everything seems to be too high to me these days, but I'm 56 and I have to pee a lot. read more

I had a flat on my motorcycle. No spare so I had to have it towed. They did a great job! I haven't had to have many tows in my life but most of the time the experience was not good. While needing a tow is never a fun thing their positive attitudes and good humor made an unpleasant situation much better. Not the cheapest service you can find but worth every penny! They were fast and the dispatch was super polite, helpful with a great attitude which is why i chose them to begin with.... truck showed up after 35 minutes which was 5 minutes late cause the dispatch said 25-30 minutes, but still, this is a good response time. They charged me 120$ for a tow from Plano to midtown Dallas which is a little steep but they took a good care of my car and i don't really mind paying $30-$40 extra for a better faster and safer service read more

I called Towing Dallas around 10:30 am on 5/1/15 to possibly schedule a tow for my niece who is stranded. This was not an "emergency" situation and I needed to find out what we could expect as far as cost. I can tell you all, they lost me at hello. My wife and I were both told that the tow provided would vary in price between $90-$120. We were NOT told that it would vary anywhere past the $120, not for special equipment used or anything. The day of the tow (today as of this writing), she was not notified that the price would increase until the work was completed.. The Dollie being the 'special equipment', cost us an additional $185. The labor involved was just 3-5 minutes, which does not warrant such an increase. In total I was charged over twice the maximum initially told! This is ridiculous. I should have been notified at some point before the work was completed.. We even made sure to tell the person on the phone, who scheduled it, that we had a very small vehicle to tow. Someone at some point should have notified us about the possible LARGE price increase before the work was completed. My insurance company is willing to pay $120 for tows...which is why I decided to get it towed in the first place. Otherwise, I would have purchased the needed battery...but now I am being charged $185 dollars. I feel extremely taken advantage of...never have I dealt with such unprofessional-ism. read more

I just booked this towing service based on Yelp reviews and now I wish I hadn't. Over the phone, the lady specifically said "never trust any of these tow truck companies that give you a specific price b/c they'll nickel and dime you once they get there." And that is exactly what they did. A simple tow which was quoted between $90 and $110 cost $135. No impediments to getting the car on the truck - they said "it didn't have the right hookups". And then he charged me for mileage which she said all of Dallas was covered. Dissappointed. read more
