I needed my battery charged - the car was in my garage - my insurance roadside service - Traveler's…read more- phone service was NOT working so I started calling 5 star towing companies - several did not have time - one man said they 'didn't do battery jumps' - so I called Supreme Mobile Tire - no I didn't notice that they specialize in tires - but 'Rick' said someone would be by in about 30 minutes... Only around $75 - cheap at twice the price - my car was not drivable and I needed milk and bread... Yes - they did farm my call out to Alloy Auto - 'Don' jumped my car - he was extremely kind and caring too - as was Rick!!!

I had no option but to pull over to the side of the highway that barely had a shoulder. I had my 2 babies under 2 and my dog. I was so worried about the safety as we were in a horrible spot but I could not do anything. My insurance roadside assistance said it would take 90 mins. I called roadside assistance on the back of my drivers license they also said it could take 60-90 mins. Mikey Towing saw me on the side of the road on his way to get breakfast and out of the goodness of his heart, he stopped to help me and mentioned he had to stop as I was in a very unsafe spot. He waited as I had family come get my kids. He got us towed about 3 miles to Discount Tire. My husband and I asked how we can pay him. He gave us such a great price. He was asked to patch a tire, but after fumbling with the machine for 30 minutes, it wouldn't work. He was charging me $30. I went across the street to see what they were charging. It was $15. I asked about his price and he responded, I can charge whatever I want to charge. I had to get a used tire. He was clearly taking advantage of the situation.
