For example, their tanks are always correctly labeled and they tell you how easy or hard each type of fish is to keep. It has the minimum tank size they need to thrive and their price. They also run good deals on tanks quite often. My tank has held up and I've never had a mishap with the heater or filter that it came with. It's a great way and place to start. But be prepared to become addicted. I do wish they had a larger selection on some grooming stuff though. Such as puppy perfume and whatnot.

I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to send a dog home soaking wet, but I have to ask: **how is this meaningfully better for the dog than bathing them at home and allowing them to dry comfortably in their own environment?** The entire concept of leaving a dog confined in a cage with fans blowing on them just to dry them seems incredibly impersonal and, frankly, sad. These are people's family members--not laundry that needs to be dried as quickly as possible. What also really bothered me is that the website emphasizes that they don't want dogs going home wet because they could potentially get sick. Yet the alternative being offered is essentially prolonged confinement in a cage with fans until the dog dries. That doesn't feel like a particularly thoughtful approach to the comfort or wellbeing of the animal. I ended the call and immediately signed up for the $135/month Sparkle grooming service instead. Yes, it costs significantly more, but after hearing what this service actually consists of, I would much rather spend the extra money on my dog and know they're receiving actual grooming, attention, and care. **If you're considering this service, I would strongly encourage you to ask exactly what happens to your dog after the bath. However, this summer I picked up my dog on a Monday morning after a weekend trip and she was given back to me with the 8-stitches-wound that I've included. I noticed the wound within 20 seconds of leaving the building with my dog and immediately went back in for answers. The manager onsite said there was a scuffle that my dog started and that another dog had done it-- this under their "supervision" and after they handed me a report declaring with their signatures that my dog had behaved perfectly during her stay. I took my dog to the vet and had the wound taken care of by professionals. That was ~$800. On the Spot did not care to chip in for the medical expenses and coldly pointed to their liabilities waivers that covered them. Accidents happen, but this is poor business management and shows a disturbing lack of accountability. Know that for the price of a cheap kennel stay, you are risking your pet's safety under negligent staff and they won't give a damn to make things right after the fact.

When we adopted a stubborn coon hound, I took her to obedience school, too. She, too, was transformed. I enjoyed the classes just as much as the dogs did. A week ago I acquired a doxipoo, and yesterday he started school. He's already better behaved after only one session. I love Jan's training system, and we are so lucky to have her here in Utah. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. We are so happy with the results, we drive an hour each way to board our dog with Innovative K9 when we have trips out of town. Now they offer pick up and drop off which makes it even more convenient! We unfortunately haven't had an opportunity to participate in the group lessons on Saturdays at the park. I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. We’ve covered our bases to keep your dog safe!
