This lady was the nicest lady I've ever spoken to (I think in my life.) and customer service was incredible. She answered my dozens of questions and got me scheduled quickly and without a hitch. I so wish I was taking my pets here because it felt as though this clinic treats their clientele like family and the kind lady who helped me seemed VERY knowledgeable. Although my interaction with this clinic was brief, I'd still highly recommend them.

The dogs run and play outside, we have two hours of quiet time in the middle of the day for some rest. With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. I came in with concerns and Samantha really helped ease my anxiety and showed me all that they do there. It was our first time ever boarding a pet so I had a lot of "what if's" and lots of questions were answered. I highly recommend them. I was able to text them and get almost immediate responses when we were away which I was very pleased with. We also got cute doggie report cards at the end of each day. If you need a place to board your dog or even just need to get your pup groomed I can't recommend them enough. They really do care about the doggies and your peace of mind when you're away.
