We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. Luckily it has scabbed over and did not need stitches. He had powder all over his paws from them cutting his nails too short. Every time I touched his paws he quickly pulled away. My other dog had razor burns EVERYWHERE, I had to put ointment on him religiously. Please please please do not bring your babies here. I can not imagine how awful it was for my dogs.

This lady was the nicest lady I've ever spoken to (I think in my life.) and customer service was incredible. She answered my dozens of questions and got me scheduled quickly and without a hitch. I so wish I was taking my pets here because it felt as though this clinic treats their clientele like family and the kind lady who helped me seemed VERY knowledgeable. Although my interaction with this clinic was brief, I'd still highly recommend them.

With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. Never once has she come back with an injury and the kennels (including On the Spot) have always commented that she behaved wonderfully. However, this summer I picked up my dog on a Monday morning after a weekend trip and she was given back to me with the 8-stitches-wound that I've included. I noticed the wound within 20 seconds of leaving the building with my dog and immediately went back in for answers. The manager onsite said there was a scuffle that my dog started and that another dog had done it-- this under their "supervision" and after they handed me a report declaring with their signatures that my dog had behaved perfectly during her stay. I took my dog to the vet and had the wound taken care of by professionals. That was ~$800. On the Spot did not care to chip in for the medical expenses and coldly pointed to their liabilities waivers that covered them. Accidents happen, but this is poor business management and shows a disturbing lack of accountability. Know that for the price of a cheap kennel stay, you are risking your pet's safety under negligent staff and they won't give a damn to make things right after the fact.

My 8 year old schnauzer was diagnosed with seizures and declined rapidly. When things turned for the worst and my normal vet was just too far, I gave Ribbonwood a call. They were patient with me on that call as I could barely get any words out to explain the crisis situation I was dealing with. They were able to get us In Promptly and were very attentive, sympathetic and professional as we arrived - me in total breakdown tears and my dog suffering. After the vet came in and evaluation was done, we decided no amount of money could save my dog and in the best interest of him, it was his time to move on. The Dr. and staff were very personable and made sure we were taken care of with the upmost respect and care. I was educated and able to make decisions with my dog in mind and professional staff to help guid me. The entire time I was there I was treated with love; as was my baby. They went above and beyond to help make me feel comfortable in a devastating situation. I have the up most respect for all of the staff here.

When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

So while I appreciated them getting me in same day, and appreciated the gentleness of the new groomer, I can't justify $90 for a dog bath.
