First time leaving our dogs here and we were impressed! We have had a Dog Sitter for years, but she recently had a change in jobs so she is no longer a dog sitting full-time. We were very nervous about having our dogs stay at a boarding facility. We were able to come tour and see the facility to make sure that we felt comfortable and confident leaving our dogs here. We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. Please do not bring your pups here :( At about 8/20/24... I picked my dog up with cuts and razor burns all over his body. His ear had a huge cut about 2 inches long. Luckily it has scabbed over and did not need stitches. He had powder all over his paws from them cutting his nails too short. Every time I touched his paws he quickly pulled away. My other dog had razor burns EVERYWHERE, I had to put ointment on him religiously. Please please please do not bring your babies here. I can not imagine how awful it was for my dogs. read more

Amazing our 2 girls stayed at Sydney's Bed and Biscuit for a week, and let me just say, I've never seen them so calm/relaxed/happy especially around other dogs! They played their little hearts out. We picked them up and they had smiles. This place is clean, and all the things we took (toys collars/leashes, food) were given back to us when we picked the girls up, plus they got a bath! The staff is very friendly! We are very happy with our babes stay, and will continue to schedule with them in the future. Also exceptionally priced! read more

After our regular boarding place was unavailable due to construction I did some research and decided to try Sydney's. Upon arrival I was surprised how strong the smell of urine was in the office but figured it could have been due to a recent accident. When picking him up 3 days later the odor was still rather strong. A few days later our dog developed a severe case of kennel cough. I reached out to let them know of the problem and they never took the time to respond. I will never take our dog there again and would never recommend it either read more

4.5 stars (I had to round up) We took my dog in for daycare yesterday and when we picked him up he was very happy and tired! The bad: The staff was very young, which made me nervous. When I first dropped him off they didn't ask for any of my information, so I insisted they take down my name and number in case anything went wrong, even though he had an ID tag on his collar. (So make sure you bring your dog in with a collar!) Unfortunately my dog has diarrhea that just started today, and last time we took him he got a mild kennel cough. :( This is a risk with any doggy daycare so I don't blame them, but it's worth mentioning. The good: The outdoor play area is really nice and large, with plenty of water for the dogs. The inside looks clean and kept well. The staff is nice. Their services are extremely well priced! Going to preface this review with good prices and friendly staff. So we Boarded our dogs here for five days. One dog came back with kennel cough, the other dog didn't get all her medication. I know this because I had put exact amount into the bag, huge deduction there, also not too confident that medication was administered at the proper intervals when they were given either. Our third pup had a good time so adding a star for his experience, otherwise two stars. They are nice and the dog play area is large, clean, tons of fun if you're a dog and kennel areas are acceptable, just like a humane society. Just not for our dogs as they need a little more TLC. Their prices are reasonable and I think it would be a great place for introducing a puppy to socialize or for a less high maintenance dog. I did like that all three of ours could share one of their bigger kennels. read more

We have taken our two Gordon Setters to Sydney's multiple times and have always been extremely pleased with their services. Cole is so personable and genuinely interested in our dogs. Davidson is our rambunctious barely one year old puppy, and Joy is our very shy and skittish gentle old lady. Joy is almost eleven and had never been left overnight before going to Sydney's. She was reluctant at first, but she now goes in willingly. Davy drags us to the door! We appreciate the socialization they get from other dogs. Both Davy and Joy come home happy and tired. We couldn't be more pleased or more grateful! The staff has always been wonderful and they even bathe Davy and Joy before they leave. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT SYDNEY'S! read more

We've been using Sydney's Bed & Biscuits services for almost six (6) years now. They provide value for your money without sacrificing quality of service. They really love what they do and it shows from how they interact with their customers and pet friends. My wife and I have tried several services, from the high end and big named pet stores to even intermediate and low end ones. However, nothing compares to Crissey's (and her husband's) services and their attention and love for our pet friends. We even recommended them to several of our friends and they've come back loving their services as well. They're the best in Utah Valley if not the whole Utah. Sometimes I even feel that our li'l friends regret coming back home since they really had great time at Sydney's Bed & Breakfast. It just goes to show they love it there and you'll surely feel confident that they'll have a great time at their hands. read more

Moving back in the area from California (doggy heaven :) i was in need of a new groomer. Most places had fair reviews, and i'm so worried taking my dog somewhere where they might cut too close or there end up an issue with infection from the grooming. When i called for an appointment they had time available within the week, and were pleasant on the phone. (a guy) The day of my grooming Chrisi was there on time and ready for my little 4lb pup. I told her exactly what I wanted and showed her a photo of the last grooming she had. I was really nervous because i've taken my dog to other places and they havent been able to duplicate my top groomer in California :( It took 2 hours and she texted me once my dog was finished and ready for pickup. I LOVED it! her haircut is perfect, EXACTLY what I asked for and I was very pleased. she even said if i wanted it changed she would re-groom for no charge. No changes needed, the dog looked perfect, nails cut, fur cut to perfection and had a little pink bandana around her neck! No marks, or uneven mess, her paws are not scuffed or anything cut too close. I'm so happy that I took my dog there!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely be back. **why only 4 stars if I was completely satisfied-- only because the wash used must've been scentless or bland and i'm comparing this to the BEST possible outcome. I would suggest upgrading the shampoo to something a little more yummy smelling that makes the fur softer as well!** Overall i'm pleased and would take her back :) read more

I left my Boston Terrier here for ten nights. It was our first and longest time away from him, since we were going on a family vacation to California. We were pretty nervous after looking around and reading reviews. Ultimately, I chose this placed based on price and ratings. When we picked him up, I could have not been more relieved. He was happy to see me, and looked healthy. All my concerns were laid to rest. It was very nice knowing that I could text and check up on him when I wanted, too. We LOVE this place for our golden doodle. She gets excited every time we pull up and when we pick her up she's happy &tired. The staff is amazing! The first time we brought our dog in they got all of my information and the owner even gave me his personal number since it was the first time I ever left her. The play areain the back is big and has lots of water and room for the dogs to go wild. Kept very clean and the price is awesome! I love having a place to take our goldendoodle to get worn out and play but also knowing she's going to be watched and safe! The only thing I would complain about is their always so booked when I need a place to leave her overnight, which is because their so great! read more

I went here for the first time yesterday and was very happy with everything. I called to make an appointment and they gave me an appointment for the next day! (unlike Precious Pet Paradise which was a month out!) I was happy with the service and Very Happy with the price. It was half the price of the other place I usually go. My fiancé and I boarded our 8 month old puppy at Sydney's for a long weekend while we were out of town. He came back and was definitely dehydrated, slept for 24 hours straight and was just not himself. He also had awful diarrhea which I'm sure they noticed and neglected to let us know and he has kennel cough, in a place like this the vet said it needs to be shut down and disinfected in order to stop spreading the virus. The staff was very kind and the prices were very reasonable but our puppy is a part of our family and we excepted him to have a better level of care when we left him. read more

I have been taking my dog here for over 6 months now and he loves it. He isn't the most social with people but he literally drags me in their door when we pull up and he loves the owners. The owners are great and they just love next door which is nice. They are both super great and you can tell they really love dogs and they love what they do. I am so comfortable leaving my dog there. He comes home super tired from playing all day. He is just a puppy still but he has great skills now with other dogs. He loves going and I love taking him here. I would recommend them to anyone needing a sitter or a place for your dog to get out some energy. read more

We picked up our 7 month old golden from Sydney's after a four day stay and she was extremely panicked and unhappy. She also had pink eye she hadn't had before that had gone completely untreated, maybe even unnoticed. Not impressed. We used to use Sydney's a lot with our past dog and never had any problems, but this time it was a disaster. read more

We were visiting relatives in Saratoga Springs , we had our dog with us and heard about Sydney 's for dog day care. They were great , very nice people and friendly. We just got back from picking up our dog from a three night stay and we couldn't be happier! The staff was very understanding and listened to all my concerns when I dropped my dog off. I was thrilled to hear upon pick up that she had a good time, socialized with other dogs and ate all her food (she never eats much when we board her). On top of that she even got a bath before pick up, usually we have to leave her for a week to get a bath at other places. We will be back and will even consider day care every once in a while. After reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a call about grooming services. I was told that their groomer was booked out until the middle of April (a month and a half away) and that she probably wasn't taking new clients at this time anyway so she could get caught up. Maybe it's time to hire an additional groomer? What is the point of offering a service that you're not able/willing to provide to a potential new client. read more
