DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE!…read more My cat has not been the same since I brought him here and neither did I receive what I paid for... I asked for a bath and haircut for my longhaired tabby. I mentioned I wanted a sanitary trim and showed her how short I wanted it. I also mentioned the knots he had under his armpits and neck, and that I wanted that cut or brushed out. When I picked him up there was no sanitary trim done, only half of his belly hair was trimmed and the fur cut on his behind was INCREDIBLY choppy and still very long. It looks TERRIBLE! He still had all of the knots and he has been in distress ever since I picked up him up. He hasn't been acting the same and I have a feeling he was mistreated. Each time I pick him up he sounds like he's hurting, especially around his little arms; he doesn't let me pick him up for more than a few minutes. The first time I took him he looked perfect, and the groomer said he was sweet and everything had gone as planned. I was surprised since it was his first time. I left you guys great reviews for how well he was treated and how he turned out. I'm extremely disappointed in how his service went this past weekend. I felt terrible for 1: putting him through whatever the groomer did to him and 2: spending so much money for a service that could've been done better at Petco. You'll pay a premium expecting to receive good results or at least what you ask for, I'm disappointed to say I received the opposite and don't suggest you coming here for your cat.

Synergy is undoubtedly our go-to destination for top-notch grooming and a true haven for pets in American Fork. I brought my cat Bex in this past Saturday and she looked GREAT! We were very nervous about having our dogs stay at a boarding facility. We were able to come tour and see the facility to make sure that we felt comfortable and confident leaving our dogs here. We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. I would recommend Sydney's!

Please do not bring your pups here :(…read more At about 8/20/24... I picked my dog up with cuts and razor burns all over his body. His ear had a huge cut about 2 inches long. Luckily it has scabbed over and did not need stitches. He had powder all over his paws from them cutting his nails too short. Every time I touched his paws he quickly pulled away. My other dog had razor burns EVERYWHERE, I had to put ointment on him religiously. Please please please do not bring your babies here. I can not imagine how awful it was for my dogs.

I only wish I would have found it sooner. She looks WAY better than she ever did at Petco! Marcia does such a good job of evening up her fur which Petco never did and she just looks so much cleaner and more groomed. Plus Marcia is so easy and nice to work with. It's such a comfort knowing he's spending the day playing, socializing, and being well cared for instead of staying home alone. One of my favorite things is the report cards they send home. They always include the cutest pictures of my boy, and he looks genuinely happy in every one. You can tell the staff really gets to know each dog's personality. My puppy is naturally very anxious and nervous in new situations, but the team has been incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with him. Rather than treating every dog the same, they tailored his experience to meet *his* needs, and that has made such a difference. The thoughtful notes on his report cards make it clear how much they genuinely care about him. They also offer a wide variety of services at very reasonable prices, and everyone at the front desk-as well as the rest of the staff-is always friendly and welcoming. I trust them completely with my puppy and would highly recommend The Ruff House to anyone looking for a daycare where their dog will be treated with genuine care and compassion.
