DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE! My cat has not been the same since I brought him here and neither did I receive what I paid for... I asked for a bath and haircut for my longhaired tabby. I mentioned I wanted a sanitary trim and showed her how short I wanted it. I also mentioned the knots he had under his armpits and neck, and that I wanted that cut or brushed out. When I picked him up there was no sanitary trim done, only half of his belly hair was trimmed and the fur cut on his behind was INCREDIBLY choppy and still very long. It looks TERRIBLE! He still had all of the knots and he has been in distress ever since I picked up him up. He hasn't been acting the same and I have a feeling he was mistreated. Each time I pick him up he sounds like he's hurting, especially around his little arms; he doesn't let me pick him up for more than a few minutes. The first time I took him he looked perfect, and the groomer said he was sweet and everything had gone as planned. I was surprised since it was his first time. I left you guys great reviews for how well he was treated and how he turned out. I'm extremely disappointed in how his service went this past weekend. I felt terrible for 1: putting him through whatever the groomer did to him and 2: spending so much money for a service that could've been done better at Petco. You'll pay a premium expecting to receive good results or at least what you ask for, I'm disappointed to say I received the opposite and don't suggest you coming here for your cat. read more

Amazing groomers but unfortunately every time I go the price increases. It's not consistent it all. The last time I got my dogs haircut it costed me $80 a couple months later it costed me over 100. As amazing as the groomers are, the inconsistency is making me switch salons. They did not give me a price at drop off! I've been going to this salon for over 2 years! And when I checked out today, the person told me that if you've been coming here for long enough, the price normally stays the same. it hasn't for us. when we started going there it was $65 we now pay $91 before a tip. Took my dog to get his hair cut here this month, he got a full cut for 120! That's a lot of money but I assumed for the price that my dog would be well taken care of for that price. When I got my dog back and took him home I noticed he got cut many times by the groomer, they accidentally gave him bald spots. They didn't say anything about it or even try to take responsibility for bald spots. We have taken him here before but for the 50 dollar maintenance cut which they did fine but we had to make them cut more off because they basically cut absolutely nothing off. Couldn't even tell that he was cut other then his ears and paws. For 50 bucks you would assume he would get a little more maintenance. I don't recommend this place. read more

Our typical groomer was booked out for the next 2 months so we booked with Synergy, not knowing anything about them other than the reviews I had looked up online. They did such a great job on our dog and the process of telling them what I wanted for a cut made me feel like they were actually listening to me and cared about my little baby. So I'm used to taking my cats to the vet to get shaved, but they don't do the best job because they aren't groomers, so I decided this time I would pay a little more to get them properly groomed and looking good. I was surprised with the price they quoted me but thought they must be REALLY GOOD to be able to charge that much. I pay $40 per cat at the vet FYI, and we paid $260 after taxes and tip for both cats at Synergy. They said my cats misbehaved and weren't a good fit for them and that they weren't able to bathe them and finish the job- but they didn't tell us any of this until AFTER we paid and tipped the groomer. I understand my cats hate to be shaved, but I feel like they could've tried to contact me to tell me what was going on before charging me full price for TRYING to shave my cats. Or at least given me a discount for not finishing the job. Very disappointed with this place. read more

I've tried 3 times and it just isn't getting any better. The biggest problems with this groomer are: 1. Communication- it's impossible to talk to a live person. For example, today my dog had an appointment at 11:00 to be bathed and have the face trimmed. After 3.5 hours, I tried calling. Voicemail. 2. Takes way too long - I have a little dog that stresses out at the groomers. I think thy may be overbooking or something because it always goes over 4 hours. Today, after 4.5 hours, I drove there and they told me she still had at least a half hour more. FIVE HOURS! And she hadn't even been trimmed at all. Just bathed and blow dried. 3. High pressure sales every time you walk in and out. Synergy shares a place with a store that has specialty dog foods, etc. Every time I am in there, I hear her asking people about what they feed their dog and telling them about all the bad things they are feeding their dog. On top of it all, they are fairly expensive. I would not recommend them. read more

This is my 3rd time using this salon. I've really liked the young sweet girl that usually takes care of my dog. This last time my 2 yr old dog (border collie-black lab) came home bathed but had clumps of hair falling out. I paid for a bath, brush, and de-shedding $80 with a tip! I called and left a message and texted them. I received a text that the manager would call me the next morning but never did. I won't be going back. I do not recommend this to other pet owners. read more

The salon seems pretty over crowded with dogs at any given time. The groomer shaved my poms neck way too short when I asked for a teddy bear cut (which means the head is left floofy, rounded, and tapered into the body) and there were a bunch of spots on her that were missed. This could've easily been fixed if the groomer bothered to check her work. My dogs back is shaved unevenly and you can see track marks from the clippers like an uneven lawn mow job. The only reason I went to this salon was because I needed a hasty grooming job before we went on a trip and my usual place was booked way out (for good reason). Definitely going to be sticking with my regular groomer from now on. From my one experience here, it seems this place charges upscale prices and delivers petsmart quality results. Would not recommend. *UPDATE* the salon saw my review and reached out to fix the cut for free. Unfortunately I was already out of town (and the biggest issue was that she had too much hair cut off her neck which is not exactly fixable, although there were parts that were uneven and missed that could've used fixing) so i wasn't able to take my dog back in. The receptionists are super friendly and the salon cares about customer satisfaction. If you get a cut here that needs fixing be sure to let them know up front. I had looked into this place before but it costs a little more than what I was paying currently. Today I decided my 2 Pomeranians needed a little more TLC because they we're starting to look like stray dogs. I had no idea my dogs who have anxiety attacks over the groomers would be getting a spa day that relaxed them asleep while being groomed!!! Right away Sabrina (the groomer) came out to meet my little pups. She wanted to know about my dogs so she could try to make it a 'Spa Day'. Since one of my dogs was run over by a Suburban when he was a tiny puppy he has a full metal pelvis and his tail was broken and he only has partial use of it now. He doesn't like being brushed out down their. The last place always said he gets really agitated and growls. So when Sabrina text me & said Jackson fell asleep while she groomed him I was ASTONISHED!!! WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!!! read more

We took our 12 week old cavapoo puppy in for his first professional bath and trim. We were so pleased with our experience! Kaelin was so kind and sweet with our pup and did an excellent job. Caitlin helped me out and she was amazing. I signed my dog up for the VIP program finally because I think it will be cost-effective over the long run. She made the process very easy. She knew exactly what to do to set it up. Other businesses sometimes the associates seem lost when they're trying to work on the iPad. She signed me up quickly with a little effort on my part. I also love that they send you text messages to let you know when your dog is done. Very convenient. I feel their prices are very fair for the work that they do. I absolutely love this salon, its one of the few places I feel safe taking my cats. Baths can be fairly stressful for my cats but absolutely necessary if you are allergic to your fur babies. They always take the utmost care and make sure not to stress them too much and they come home smelling amazing. If you need to have your cat groomed I couldn't recommend this salon more. read more
