Isabella not only did what I requested plus more! Elon looked so great that the length, butt, face and feet areas are perfectly groomed! And that full fluffy tail is so beautiful After the grooming Elon didn't looked stressed or dislike the time in the spa. I can say it was the best groom Elon's ever had! And his hair is soooooooo soft to touch and he didn't get any razor burns to boot. Isabella is fantastic in understanding my requests and produced the result . Spa is always clean and on time. The shopping mall always have convenient parking. This is the go to spa for us Thank you

I assumed that was normal and that's what I expected when I dropped my dog off for his 2:00 appointment. So when I received a text less than two hours later that he was ready, I thought they must have made a mistake. Maybe trimmed him up, but didn't bathe him? Or maybe he was such a jerk that they gave up and wanted me to come get him before he was finished. But when I arrived, I saw a fluffy, fresh pup that smelled amazing. He was taken great care of and didn't look traumatized and exhausted from a half-day event at the groomers. Sarah did an outstanding job! My dog can be a handful-he's afraid of literally everything and isn't a fan of being groomed. But she said he was a champ. I think she just knows what she's doing and is so good with dogs that she put him at ease. We will be back!

I wouldn't recommend him! I am honestly soooo upset right now. He cut her paw badly enough that it's bleeding all over my house--and then still charged me $90. She's a 3-pound, elderly Yorkie. I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. Don't you think the absolute bare minimum would be not charging them . Charging nearly $100 after hurting her feels completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review if they would've just offered a refund. I asked and they said NO. A discount to me is not acceptable. If it was me I'd offer a refund if I cut someone's dog. I don't think you should charge someone if you cut their dog really badly, that just doesn't seem right at all. Plus they charge more than other places . Do better guys ! don't be greedy . Have better customer service . My poor pup she's in so much pain I need to take her to a vet to help her paw. I'm so mad

Their prices are very reasonable for a full trim, bath, nails, and everything else, plus I usually grab some treats. It was about $80 for my miniature schnauzer. Not only do they all put their hearts into giving your dogs the very most impeccable of grooming jobs, they also make sure that those four footers, who are a bit timid when it comes to the barber chair, are treated with the very most love and caring and kind words so as to not add any additional pressure to the pups' nerves!
