This was my first and maybe last time here. The claws did not grab tightly. $50 for 80 tokens with each game being 3-4 tokens is a bit $$ compared to Claw Mania or CraftLand in SW Houston. Yes, it is a much bigger space, but the prizes were not that great. A lot of them were the same items. The one plush I actually won was the cutest one in all the machines in my opinion. read more

The environment here was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the workers here are very informative and nice. We spent around $100 for 240 tokens which was a lot and machines are 3-5 tokens which isn't bad. We won a bunch of plushes and had a fun time here. It takes skills to win so it's pretty much 50/50. The business is large, clean, and looks very nice inside. The staff was friendly and explained how everything works perfectly! As for our experience, wasn't all that pleasant. I believe this place can afford to change the win algorithm so you at least leave with something. Blew 50 bucks in 5 minutes, left with a few tiny plastic toys, mostly all the same one. Most games are 3 bucks per play and win rate is low. Seems geared towards first time customers not repeat business. Won't be returning. read more

Way too expensive. $20 will give you 30 coins and all machines take at least 3-6 coins. The more you spend the more coins you will get but still not with it because not enough varieties, mainly stuffed animals. No comparison to the claw places in Taiwan which have varieties of snacks, household products, stuffed animals, and more. You can keep what you clawed or can consolidate the prizes which are each worth x points so instead of keeping the prizes you can exchange for other products. The machines in Asia all require only one coin, not different for each machine. It will show you how hard it is from 1-3. Also, the machines seem to not be programmed correctly here. It shows zero played but after we played once, it already showed 20 played which is usually what you can use to determine your chances of winning. Not worth going back unless they make some changes. read more

It was a really cool inside I'll give them that. But the worker was so rude. We came in on a Thursday night around 4:30-5:30ish.... We brought a bunch of quarters because we assumed that's what they took, they let us know it was tokens... we tried to pay for the tokens with quarters and they wouldn't let us. They said they didn't want too many quarters. Which I guess is fair, but it is money, either way she or he could've been much kinder about it. Waste of money! I'd go somewhere else more affordable. The space was big, lots of machines, but multiple machines had the same toy so not a huge variety. I've been to other places with cooler toys. The worst part was that it took 3-5 coins per play!! That's absurd. Even the small keychains were 2 coins, could have easily made that 1 coin instead. They failed to give us that information until we had paid or any information about how anything had worked. I had no idea you could exchange plush toys here too until I left and read reviews. This place is huge and has a large variety of claw machines to play and different prizes to win!

$50 for 100 coins leaving us with 1 small plush and 1 mini plush. These are not games of skill claw machines, these are games of chance pretending to be games of skill. When the claw goes down, grabs the toy completly, and then either lets go before lifting or gets to the top and lets go, its clearly rigged. If you're going to rig the games, at least make them 1 coin to play. The employees were nice if not a little standoffish and quiet (no complaints here for that) but bringing your family to play clearly rigged fake games, for real money is not fun. We have a Claw City opening in the back of my neighborhood that we were excited for, and after this experience, we will continue to go to the Main Event located 50 ft away. read more

It felt like they had no patience for customers and acted like they were doing me a favor just by being there. Each game is 3 tokens minimum, $20 for 36 tokens and the claws are loose on every single game we played, making them impossible to hold the weight of any of the items. Huge scam. The games are too expensive per play. Each game is at least 3 tokens ($11 token). The chances of wins on first try are slim, but the price for another round isn't worth a simple plush. Also I the claws don't grip well/strong enough, they're hella loose. You can grab a plush in the right spot, but the claw will either slide right out or if it manages to pull up, it'll drop it. Save yourself a trip and go to Claw & Fun down the road where the games are 1 token per play ($1=1 token) and the odds of walking out with multiple plushies is much higher. read more

Came during a weekend evening, and it was empty. Bought $20 worth of tokens, and each claw varies from 2-5 coins which is a lot for each play. All of the claws has a weak, loose grab so when we thought we won a plush, NOPE the claw drops it. We walked out with no plush at all. If I had known, I would not have walked inside to play. I decided to take my little girls out for some clawing. We made 2 stops, Claw City, was pur send stop and we felt it was meh.. It has a lot of claws but it did feel like all the class we tried were very flimsy compared to the other place. Each machine was 3 tokens, which felt kind of expensive compared to the other location 3mins away. It is very nice and bright.
