I can do that. But I want to order that exact appetizer at Fede, along with the preserved tomato and ricotta crostini, and I want that perfect-ass arugula salad with heavy shards of Parmesan and the lemony vinaigrette, without having to do the heavy lifting/rinsing/prep at home. I want the warm welcome from the staff. I love the river view while I'm sipping a Negroni. I love Faith, the down-to-earth owner. I love that this place is so busy in a small coastal town, that you need to put your name on a list to wait for a table. Hubs ordered the sablefish and I ordered the ravioli with chard. Both were fantastic! The sablefish was exactly, perfectly cooked. It had skin on, but easy to eat without if you're not into that.
