I was seated in the chair for my service. There is barely any water in the sink my feet are in. The water is cold. I attempt to turn the massage chair on and it doesn't work. I ask the manicurist for assistance. She tells me to turn it in myself. After several attempts I ask her multiple times for assistance. She realizes it's unplugged. It's my first visit and because I was unable to get the massage chair to work after several attempts I as again for assistance. She acts as though my request is unreasonable. She finally conceded. I then ask are you going to put more water in the sink in which my feet are in. She puts more water in and it doesn't even reach my ankles. I ask is this it? Meanwhile she's speaking with the other operators with disgust in Vietnamese. I take my wet cold feet out of the sink and leave. Stay away from this place!!! Horrible customer service. They may as well advertise "self service". read more

It's my first visit after the store sold to current owner. Now it has newer pedicure chairs and fresh paint. Much cleaner and fresher look. Service: They seems overbooked. I was the first one came in for the first appointment of the day. Nancy took her time and did my gel manicure. Feeling kind of rush when it comes to pedicure with Nikki. Finally Anna worked on my nail design while I was on pedicure chair. At the end I got bumped to sit by the door because other customer was waiting to use my pedicure chair and my toes have not completed dried yet. Pretty awkward. All of the gals work there are really nice though. Price: prices raised?! $51 for gel manicure and regular pedicure (according to other yelpers, price was $43) one nail design for additional $6. Price is still fair. I will come again when it's not that busy. read more

Went in for a manicure, my nail had overlay that needed to be removed. They used the electric file for what seemed like 30 min followed by soaking nails with acetone. She only used cuticle softener on one hand and only pushed back my cuticles on that same hand. She was rushing because they were going home early due to not much business at the time. Nails were all uneven and still had some spots with the old overlay on them but since it was filed down so much it was hard to notice. I chose regular polish that was applied so horribly! Probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten and paid $42! read more

This was my first time going to this salon and I was able to call and get an appointment for a couples hours later that day, they do seem like a busy place though, right away I was greeted by the women in the front and sat right away to start picking out my color, I got a full new set and I am in love Nancy spent well over an hour getting my nails just right, I will definitely be back! read more

Anna is always amazing she has always done fun things for me on my hands and conversing with her is always a joy. Their mani pedis are always great and last me a long time. Anna is a true perfectionist and always wants to get your hands perfect. She is meticulous and joyful to work with. I don't think I can ever go to anyone else after her lol. Anna is as amazing as reviews say! You can take her a pic and she will make it happen. She wants you to love your nails and does not make you feel rushed. I came here last minute because all of the nail salons my friends recommended were booked and I found this one with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The 5 stars are well deserved. I made an appointment at 2 and was running late so I didn't arrive until 2:30. They happily took me in and once they found out I was in a hurry the lady finished my acrylics within 40 mins (like she told me) and she did it extremely well. The women who work there are also super sweet and kind. I am extremely satisfied with my nails and I will be coming back for sure! read more

I do not recommend coming here. They very noticeable treat "regulars" different. I felt this way when I came here first but decided to try again because that was a busy day. Next time I made an apt and I was the first one to arrive that morning. They were rude and cold absolutely rushing me once their regulars walked in as they were treated and greeted so nicely. My nails were rushed. The shape was botched and I asked for a French tip but instead the tip was down half were through my nail! Went somewhere else to get this fixed. Don't recommend this place! Also 60$ for a French full set! read more

I must say, the second time around was a wonderful experience. Not only did Anna remember me from months ago but she continuously checked in on me throughout my visit. She was not the technician working on me but helped translate my requests to the technician working on me. I purposely grew my nails out for a special occasion & wanted an almond shape. I was quite pleased with the shape but Anna asked if she could step in & make them a tad narrower. I couldn't be more pleased with the shape. The massage was the prefect end to a great mani/pedi. I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp. A few months ago I decided to get nail art done for my birthday. I usually do my own nails at home, but I wanted something special. So I booked a nail appointment with Classy Nails. I now find myself coming in so much because Anna is so awesome!! She comes up with some great ideas and delivers every time! First and foremost the color and pedicure was adequate. I believe it was the boss who did my nails and she kept having to go back and forth to answer calls/ and wrote down appointments in the book. I got a pedicure and it took 2 hours because she was busy answering the phone. I wasn't pleased and will go somewhere else. read more

Very disappointed with Classy Nails. It was my first time to the shop and first time ever getting acrylics. I was very excited and had high expectations because of the reviews, but was severely let down. Nancy was the tech doing my nails and she seemed as though she was speeding through the whole process. All my nails were cut to different lengths, left very crooked, and the polish is very thick. I pointed it out once, but I didn't say much because I don't like to come off as picky. Also, while she was filing my nails I was cut, twice! And the cuts bled a lot and they still hurt. I could go on and say so much more, but all in all I'm just sad I paid $40 for a mess. :/ (see photos for reference)! read more

Classy Nails Spa is a gem. The nicest people work there. Nancy is so sweet and does excellent work. Anna is a pure artist and nail goddess. Jessica, my technician, has become like a sister to me. Her work is also amazing, she is a bit of a perfectionist so my nails are superb and they last over three weeks. She is so patient with me and my design choices, she even collaborates with me when I cannot make a choice. I love Classy Nails Spa. Jessica is awesome. It was probably the best pedicure I have had in years. The hot stones and hot lotion were so good! Lin did my gel manicure. It was ok but she really tried hard. The attention to detail that you get from the staff here is unmatched. I feel so rushed at most of the other nails salons. I understand this business just reopened and I gave 2 stars because I was impressed by their commitment to the COVID guidelines. After waiting 7 months for a salon service and saw this place had great reviews, I decided to try it. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing. As you can see, she practically removed my entire left eyebrow. That's the comparison to the right, not a before and after. She wanted to make them match but I'd rather have one good one I guess? The manicure was also unprofessional and messy. Same tech did my nails and wax, but the woman who did my pedicure did an ok job. To be honest, I was so upset by then, I'm not really sure. I'm 7 months pregnant and did this to prepare for my maternity shoot. Guess I'll also by buying an eyebrow pencil! They did remove the eyebrow wax fee (the rest of the service was still $80) and apologize but the damage was done. Do not recommend and will not be back. read more

From making the appointment to the actual mani and pedi, Classy Nails did such a great job. Unlike other nail salons that take "appointments" this salon actually got my sister and I seated at our scheduled time. Other salons will take walk-ins and have them seated before you even though you made an appointment which annoys me so much. However, if it's busy they will turn down walk-ins so beware of that. I started with the regular pedi and each pedi comes with a scrub that they rub on your legs and feet, then they get a hot stone to massage you. While I was getting the pedi a manicurist came and started cleaning up my nails. Once my pedi was done I was taken to the manicurist's desk (I think her name was Nancy) but she did a very thorough job with my gel mani. She would analyze each nail and add an extra coat if she thought it was necessary. Each mani included a hot stone hand and arm massage as well! Bottom line: I haven't left a nail salon this pleased in a very long time. I will definitely be back! And bonus, they speak English well and know most of their clients by first name. read more

This salon is now under new management and I LOVE the women there! They are so sweet and down to earth. Whether you want to go in and relax or go in and have a chat and share some laughs, they are very friendly and respectful. Cute designs on your nails are in!! If you're looking for someone who can do designs on your nails, Anna is AMAZING! I'll bring in a picture from Pinterest and she makes it look so easy. The salon itself is very charming and clean. Anna is so friendly and warm and she makes it a point to get to know her customers. She is also very good with nail design and is always up for a challenge. She painted cherry blossoms and a kokeshi doll during my last visit. I am always getting compliments on my nails. I am a little indecisive when it comes nail color and she usually picks a color that complements my skin tone. Anna is very meticulous and takes her time to ensure her customers are happy with the color, design, etc. I often do shellac manicure which often lasts for a minimum of 3 weeks without lifting. I have dreadfully thick cuticles and Anna takes her time with cutting it so meticulously. The nail spa is under new management and has been recently renovated with brand new chairs/equipment and is very clean. I absolutely love the built in UV light in the table. I am a stickler about having matching polish on my nails and toes. I'm so excited that they carry matching regular polish in addition to shellac polish. They are so affordable, cheaper than some of the nail salons in the area. Go see Anna, you will not be disappointed. read more

Just moved to San Ramon area I was looking for a nail salon since I'm not from around here so I found classy nail salon and decided to try it out. I totally recommend them they are awesome there work is spectacular!!! Me and my daughter loved it she got her first pedi and mani and they even gave her a free design in her nail which was a flower she was so happy with her nails. I'm so glad I found this nail salon! Jessica first took care of my manicure, and Anna followed up by doing a nail design that I really wanted! They were both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! They both took their time, and I felt no rush from them at all! Anna is great with design. She even challenged me to find a harder design for her to do next time. If you're indecisive with what you want to do, she'll pick a color that will go great with your skin tone. They do take walk-ins, but Jessica advised me to book an appointment next time, because they want to take their time on their customers and not rush. I will definitely go back again! read more

I was a customer for a year, but never got a great service, but not until one of the new ladies totally damaged my nails I decided to stop going there. She was in such a hurry that she removed all the gel polish with the stemmed and took off my natural nails at the same time. I have dips in my nails now and they are red. read more

Such a hole in the wall nail salon! I decided to come in to remove my polygel nails and get a pedicure. I called the day before and got an appointment the next morning. Super friendly staff that wears masks and gloves, which I appreciate because sanitation is so crucial now. They also wipe down the seats before and after new clients. Lynn did a great job on my pedicure and I got an actual foot massage that didn't last 5 minutes compared to other salons. Can't wait to come back! read more

I was seen with Zoey for signature gel mani & unexpectedly added on gel builder for it to last longer. When I first came in to the studio, she offered drinks and snacks :) Zoey was very sweet, welcoming, and kept checking in with me on the shape and size of my natural nails. She takes her time and I love that because I feel like I'm getting quality service and nothing rushed. My first visit was a bit pricey (since I had polish to remove) but that price for removal will not be charged at your next visit and with that, it's reasonable. Looking forward to coming back and trying out a pedicure next time! Will definitely be back.

I really appreciated that level of accountability, so I decided to come back and give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. Overall, I really appreciated the care, professionalism, and effort this time around. Huge thank you to Holly and Gil. I'll definitely be coming back!

Hannah was gentle, and she even applied cuticle oil afterward, massaged my hands and applied a warm towel. I can see if it was a full manicure and pedicure service. Her attention to details and professionalism is appreciated. Renae the front desk was also very nice. I recommend for a safe, professional removal. It was my first time here and I will be back for my next Mani and Pedi appointment. One last thing, when I texted the salon to thank them for the great service, Francois, the owner responded, to thank me for acknowledging Hannah and Renae.

At other salons they usually start with the person who has asked for more services so they finish around the same time as their peer. But they started on my pedi while my mom did her mani. Then they started my mani so my mom waited 1.5 hrs more until I was done. Although I appreciate them offering lower prices if you pay with cash.

I found that very strange because they should purchased good quality nail polishes. And why would they offer to their customers knowing they are bad quality nail polishes?! With attitude she said "don't complaint to me later if you want to use that color". That's rude!! So I picked another color from other "recommended " swatches. Since I wanted matching colors I asked her to help finding the color closest to the one I picked for my pedicure. She replied with hesitation "whatever you see is all we have". OMG.. I never been to any nail salon like that. Guess what??? The nail polish chipped in few days too. Mind you, I did gel colors which supposed to last for at least 2 weeks. The quality of work was so bad. The nails were not properly shaped and filed. The worst manicure ever done! Avoid this nail place at all cause.

The issue really came in when 1 of the employees messed up my daughter's toe & she was asked to fix it & she had an attitude and was so rough. Listen - if you don't want to work with people or have someone speak up for their selves because they're paying for a service, you shouldn't be in customer service. I think it's pretty simple. 2nd of all, the prices they hit my daughter with for her fill was ridiculous. It was a simple French with a. Flower & they wanted $105. Unheard of. Literally unheard of. I am convinced they didn't wanna do her nails, furthermore when they first provided the price i was pretty vocal that the price didn't match what she wanted & then they walked away & never circled back to see if she wanted something different. This was only to be discovered when she was sitting there waiting to show them a different picture and waiting on someone to come help her. The other issue being that they were talking about us the entire time. Honestly i usually don't care, but i had my mom and daughter with me. This was our first and last time here. The girl that was in the front was very polite and kind, i do have to be honest with that. It's very unfortunate because we were looking for a new salon as this was closer to home.
