I just moved to the area from Manhattan where there are nail salons on every corner. Classy Nails is a 5 minute walk from my apartment so I thought I'd try it out. Hannah was the BEST!! I have had my cuticles cut roughly and have left bleeding at some salons. But Hannah was so gentle and meticulous in her work. My nails are perfect, my cuticles are happy, and I got an awesome 10 minute massage too! Will definitely be back! read more

I'd have to agree that LoHi was in desperate need of a nail salon, however I feel that this place needs a little more TLC before it takes off. I showed up on a whim and while the manicurist was fabulous it took FOREVER. They are short staffed as they are just a start up. She constantly was answering phones, welcoming other clients and setting up pedi baths... They need more staff... Give this place a little time and I think it will be great. It's been less than a week and my shellac is already peeling off!! Yet again, another crappy nail salon with outrageous prices. I was in the area and short on time so I figured I'd stop in here. Should've waited and saved my time & money. Now let me start by saying, this place isn't the worst but, at this point in my life, I'm tired of wasting anymore of my money at establishments that don't take pride in their work. So here's the breakdown, went in for shellac, grabbed my color, sat down, & got started as usual. The problem began when the tech asked how I wanted my nails and I said square but not shortened. She proceeded to file away and took off half my nails and didn't give me the shaped I asked for. Next, another lady did my polish. Simply put, she rushed through the whole thing and I was done in under 30 min from manicure to shellac. At the end of it all, my polish wasn't close to the cuticle and really uneven. Annoyed and disappointed, I left a 10% tip & the lady grunted at me! Never going back and telling everyone I know. Sorry not sorry!! read more

I am new to the neighborhood so I decided to come here since it's closest to my house. There was no one in the salon when I got there which is great to not wait but also not a good sign. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews but the entire experience was OK. The lady doing my nails (Nora) was very nice and professional. My nails look fine but could be better. All and all I will go back but think they need a TV or some entertainment in the salon and to charge a little less. read more

I got a shellac manicure. The color was gorgeous but it started chipping within three days! That has never happened to my nails and I've had my fair share of shellac manicures. Normally I would go back and request they touch them up but I was in LA for work which was the reason I wanted them done so by day 7 I just peeled the, all off because they looked so bad and two nails had already come off completely. This place is a solid "ok." I wouldn't keep coming back except it's half a block from my house. The middle pedicure chair is broken and doesn't do massage so that's a huge bummer. The tech doing my nails today kept gesturing things and tapping my feet and I didn't understand what she wanted, then when she was pushing my cuticles back it was seriously painful and she didn't seem to get it when I said "ow that hurts!" I did not have a good experience at Classy Nails and they have definitely lost a local customer. I had made an appointment in advanced, arrived right on time, and upon arrival let them know I had an existing appointment. 10 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start the 2 manicurists who had become available seated 2 walk-in appointments ahead of me. After they sat the 2 walk-ins they then said it would be 15 more minutes as the one appointment was just a polish change. I would expect being a new business they would be as accommodating as possible, but the lack of response to my appointment and their reaction when I said I was time-starved is all I need to NOT go back. read more

Being from New York City, the home of the inexpensive but excellent manicure and pedicure, I had high hopes for this Mongolian-run local all salon. It is fairly inexpensive so checks that box but I always feel like the "technicians" (I don't see their licenses anywhere) are always in a rush. And when they are in a rush, they don't do a very good job. My last manicure, the technician forgot to cut my cuticles and apologized after saying "so busy! I forget!" In a pinch, it's a fine location. But if you have time to go elsewhere, do. read more

They get two stars because they have fair prices for a combo pedicure that is really nice, otherwise it would have been one. The wait and service on the other hand, were not good. We waited with an appointment for over a 1/2 hour and that's after not being greeted. Instead, I had to be pushy and inform them we had an appointment. Friendly staff and clean. Cheapest pedicure will cost you $35 but you either get a stone massage or exfoliating scrub for that price, plus the leg/foot massage and hot towel wrap. Good selection of colors, 6 pedicure massage chairs and 5 manicure tables. This place is usually nice and busy, though I've never made an appointment and have waited a max of 15 minutes. If you want a very thorough pedicure, this place is great. I wanted an express pedicure, but they didn't seem to have that option. The cheapest option took about 45 minutes even when I tended to rush through it. They were very nice. The prices were fair, especially for the neighborhood. Classy Nails does fill up fast and get busy which can cause you to possibly wait for 20 minutes... but with a quick call ahead, they get you in promptly. I have been here three times and have had good experiences every time. The pedicures are long and full of detail. My feet feel amazing and look great. The manicures are just as good. The downfall I see if the mild lack of colors. I was not impressed by their summer palette. Other than that... call ahead and you will be happy! read more

Dirty. Filthy. Disgusting. No evidence of ANY sterilization at all...saw my tech wash my cuticle cutter in sink w soap and water and throw them in a plastic box without even drying them. I'm new to the area and looking for a salon that does Silk Manicures. This salon advertises it, I called and requested it and was told that, yes, they do silk manicures. I went in for my silk fill and got what I think is a gel manicure? I'm not even sure. I tried explaining to him what I wanted and he just kept saying yes and continuing on with this other procedure. In short, I did not get what I asked for and the manicure has not held up nearly as well as my previous ones. I was a bit disappointed as they are conveniently located to me but I will keep looking for a better salon. :( read more

this place was great! hands down the best mani/pedi ever! I have really short nails and many times when I get them done them miss the corners of my nails, not here they nailed it! I will be back in two weeks to do it again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was for their time management. Great experience as far as the massage chairs, lotions, and massage. However the actual quality of the pedicure is not great - the last two times I have gone, I had to spend time cleaning my own cuticles and nail beds after I got home. Considering the price, this is pretty disappointing. read more

I was so happy to have a place by my house and this was horrible. Went with my friend and they co to yes to take people even though we had an appointment. I got a manicure and pedicure, as did my friend, and they did our pedicures, and then proceeded to bring us over to two manicure tables and had us soak our hands In water for close to an hour while they did two other people's nails! And then proceeded to complete our manicures after while our fingers were prunes and it was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I left making them well aware how bad the experience was. read more

Since I moved to Denver, Classy Nails has been my go-to nail salon. The ladies do a wonderful job. All are advanced technicians and I've never need dissatisfied. Hana is wonderful. She does the best pointy nails! They do get busy on weekends so I suggest making an appointment. read more

Don't love their name - but they are good at what they do, the prices are great, they don't do fake nails so the smell is not bad, and their leg massages for pedicures is nice and long and worth the price. I've had just about everyone there work on me at one point or another, and I've never had a bad experience. Great color selection as well, and they offer both Shellac and Jell nails. read more

Spend your money elsewhere. I had a shellac manicure done on Saturday and by Monday half of my nails had started to peel up. I went in and they fixed it for free, but by the next day they had started to peel up again. These people haven't mastered their craft and charge you too much for a bad job. read more

I've given this place three tries. You get what you pay for. I'd much prefer to go elsewhere and get a quality manicure. Here's what I didn't like: 1. As soon as I said what service I wanted I saw a huff and then they started speaking in a different language. It's annoying and it's rude. They all speak some English. Do your best- it's much appreciated. 2. The girl helping me was in too big of a hurry to get all of the shellac off before starting over. She just tried to buff it so it was smooth. Now it feels like there's a hump on the tips of my nails. 3. She was more concerned on what time she was going to get to leave. Each time someone walked in she huffed and looked at the clock. 4. When I tried to pay, she decided I should wait so she could send a text. Never. Going. Back. My money is too valuable to waste it on mediocre service. read more
