I booked a 5:30 p.m. appointment online, arrived at 5:28, and was told I needed to wait. I've now been sitting in the spa chair for almost an hour and am still waiting. Normally, I would have left, but I've already wasted so much time. I thought I had found a great salon in my neighborhood, but I probably won't be back after this. I would never want anyone to spend their hard-earned money here and leave feeling as disappointed and disrespected as I did. I had a 5:30 PM appointment for a Gel-X full set and a gel pedicure. From the second I walked in, the attitude was ridiculous. No welcoming, no professionalism, just straight-up rude behavior. Danny did my nails. I showed him the design I wanted, which was nothing complicated. When he started shaping my nails, I asked him to make them shorter because I'm a NURSE who works with BABIES. Instead of simply shortening them, he laughed at me. I then chose a maroon color, and the color put on my nails was nowhere near what I asked for. I asked for a second coat because I wanted them darker, and once again, he laughed. I genuinely don't understand what was so funny about a paying customer asking for the service and color they wanted. The pedicure was somehow even worse. The woman doing my toes clearly had no idea what she was doing. I asked her to shorten my toenails, and she grabbed CUTICLE CUTTERS. I specifically told her about my ingrown toenails beforehand, and she didn't even attempt to address them. The polish was uneven, messy, and honestly looked like something I could have done myself at home. At this point, it was already 7:30 PM. I was exhausted and ready to get the hell out of there, so I told her I didn't want the massage. One of the men sitting by the door asked, "You don't want a massage?" I said, "No, I'm ready to go home." I had already been there for TWO HOURS and was completely over the experience. The worst part is that I walked in expecting a relaxing experience and walked out irritated, disappointed, and feeling completely disrespected. I have NEVER had a nail salon experience this bad. Bad service is one thing, but the attitude, laughing at me, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for what I was asking for made this experience unacceptable. I disputed the transaction with my bank because, in my opinion, the service I received was absolutely not worth what I was charged. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are plenty of nail salons where you can actually receive decent service and basic respect. This place will NOT be getting my business again.

They really took the time to make sure the girls got exactly what they wanted, from the shapes to the designs and all the little details. They checked in with them along the way, offered suggestions, and were so sweet throughout the entire experience. It is definitely on the more expensive side. I also felt that the prices posted on the wall didn't necessarily match what we were ultimately charged, so I would recommend confirming pricing beforehand, especially when adding designs or extras. That said, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the care and attention they gave my girls. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
