Everyone at the body shop has been friendly, communicative, and professional. The people who work there seem terrific and I don't have anything negative to say about the actual interactions I've had with the shop. The damage happened over the December holidays, so I didn't expect them to be completed particularly fast, as delivery of parts over the holidays is expected to be spotty. However, the estimated date of completion has been pushed back for the third time, and is approaching 5 full weeks now - it is nearly the end of January. The first estimated completion date they gave me was two weeks ago. It's now been pushed back over 2 weeks because their parts deliveries for my Prius have been incorrect or missing important pieces. I can't blame the shop, but their parts vendors are clearly not dependable and I feel that by the time a shop gives you a third estimated date of completion, it should be correct. While I'm not unhappy with the actual service they have been providing, this experience overall has been miserable due to delays. I have had to continually renew my rental car to accommodate this extra time. In short, alpine has a great, accommodating staff at their body shop. Unfortunately, they apparently have incompetent vendors for their parts that have soured the entire experience. That said, the work they did was perfect once it was all in place, and everyone there is so friendly and honest, so I can't give it less than 3 stars. I will gladly give them another chance when I can plan for not having my car, as opposed to right after an accident.

My mirror, car trunk organizer, insulated bags I use for my JOB, business license, insurance holder, I could keep going. It's not worth my time. I got a call saying they didnt think that what was causing the check engine light and from the diagnosing they did, I already owe then $160. Which is fine, I signed paperwork that I agree the that charge if they need to take a look at unaccessable parts. When they called me and told me they didnt think that was the issue, they told me it was going to cost over $800 to diagnose the issue and it could be 1 of 2 things. At this point I told them not to go any further with work, as I only wanted a quote for the visibly broken pump. My husband went and picked up my vehicle. They next day I noticed very obvious issues with my car. Shifting issues, power and acceleration issues ect. None of these problems had occured before they looked at my car. Just out of curiosity, I ran the code for the check engine light. Good news, the original code is gone. Bad news, i now have two screens worth of check engine codes showing that had nothing to do with the original problem. And it's the weekend so I'm not able to contact them.

The worker whom we dropped the key off with claimed that it was the owner's fault the car hadn't been touched despite us dropping our keys off with them 6 hours prior. Well they were busy cleaning a Tesla Model X which goes to show they value "luxury" cars over individuals who are flexible, pay full price and tip well. As a small business owner myself, the way we were treated was less than stellar and would not recommend. Quality of work doesn't outweigh quality of service, they go hand in hand. Don't go here.
