I've been a long customer prior the store moved a new locations. Unfortunately my last experience encourages me to write this review, I wish the customer service would be working with to keep customer feel valuable, sadly not. I asked my husband to purchased icing and forgot to mentioned phone# for the reward points, called the day after and ask a favor if this can be adjusted and give idea to return and purchase the SAME item just for record. Generally any system would let you do it, apparently the store just DON'T want to do it. Very disappointed for just one lost customer. Hope this help others. read more

I come her to get all my pretzel making supplies... pretzels, caramel, chocolate, sprinkles etc. They have been nice and very helpful. The prices are good and they have a fairly large selection of items. read more

Great selection of baking supplies and decorations. Friendly and helpful customer service. This is my go to any time I need to bake a cake.

Love, love, love !!!!! Is well stock, organized and very very clean, and everyone is really friendly

Staff is amazing. Have been coming to this shop since I was a kid (at their old location!). I live In Costa Mesa and still make the trek down here for all my cake supply needs. read more

best place for chocolate, molds and SPRINKLES. Also love the pre made buttercream . The people there are very inviting and friendly

This business goes above and beyond to help the customer. As an example, I called to ask if they carried a specific product. The owner (Tonya) told me where I could find the product at an easier/closer location and probably at a cheaper cost to me. This is only one example among others. Thanks for GREAT customer service! read more

My mom and I have been going here for years to get cake, bake, and chocolate candy supplies. All the ladies their are so nice and will give you the best tips for whatever you're doing. There are many items in the little store so sometimes it can be a little overwhelming going in there to look for what you need, if you don't know what you need. Over all it's the perfect place to get the more personalized or better quality baking and candy making goods/utensils that your every day grocery store and they can answer any questions you have and give pointers to make sure that your finished sweet treats come out perfect. read more

This store has great cake decorating supplies but know they are violating the mandate for wearing masks . If you're ok with that go ahead . As the COVID numbers spike , I'm not ok with that and will not go back . read more

I absolutely love this place. They honestly have anything and everything you need for baking. And if you're in a pinch for time they have pre baked sheet cakes and buttercream! So convenient. The staff is extremely helpful and nice as well! read more

My mom got me hooked on this store. She's been shopping here for decades, while I've been shopping here for about 20 years myself. My mom was referred here by an older church lady in 1989 (I think). This place is dangerous for your pocket book! However, I love it here and that there's a new punch card system. I find everything I need for my baking (and non baking) needs. Their prices are higher than other stores, but their quality can't be beat. I will only buy my chocolate for cake pops and dipping items here. Wilton chocolate is crap. If you have questions, the staff is always super friendly. They have a very large selection for such a tiny store. I love that it's local and if you plan ahead (buy before the holidays), you can be in and out in 5 minutes, unlike the huge lines at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. They have a large variety of sprinkles, pans, finishing products, cupcake papers, candy molds, and cake decorating supplies galore. I just wish they were open for longer hours, like 9am-6:30pm for corporate working people who shop after or before work. read more

Had the best birthday party for my daughter's 10th birthday! The girls had all the supplies and instruction brought to decorate small cakes. They had a blast! They learned how to pipe with different tips and smooth the cake tops and write on the cake. The instructor was so nice and made this a great big birthday! Would definitely do this again! read more

I went in for the first time today and was beyond happy with my experience! they had everything I was hoping to find and more. it's very well organized and laid out. as a first time cake baker I was feeling a bit overwhelmed in the mission I'm trying to accomplish, and Heather was a fantastic employee who knew the answer to every single one of my questions and had the most amazing tips. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This place has a little bit of everything and a lot of something! It's a shame I'm moving so far away after finally finding a decent decorating supplies location. I do plan to visit when I'm in town. Prices are reasonable, you MIGHT find some items cheaper online, but with shipping & handling...nothing beats having it in hand and checking out what you're getting in person. I used to go to Michael's and be disappointed they're out of pretzel rod bags, or pop sticks I need....this place is fully stocked with a bigger variety. The SPRINKLES...omg...never did I think I would be excited over sprinkles. They are amazing!! Beautiful colors, textures. You get what you pay for, quality isn't cheap...but it's well worth it. Great place for pop makers, and huge selection of cookie cutters! read more

Always helpful and knowledgeable! Great selection, good prices! I can't wait to take a class one day!

This is my go-to store for quick supplies. I have read the other reviews and have to agree the women that work there aren't the most friendly in the world until you engage them in conversation (which probably should be the other way around) but they are reasonable priced and have some great items. I love the candy melts. Beat out wilton hands down for a creamy melted chocolate. Once you get them chatting, they are very knowledgeable and can give you some great baking tips tricks and advice. read more

Love coming here. The ladies are so friendly and helpful they always have what I need. Always stocked with fresh chocolate especially the 5lb bags it is so convenient. A huge variety of chocolate molds, cookie cutters, and packaging. read more

I haven't gone to this store many times, but each time I go, they have exactly what I'm looking for and I'm reminded of all of the other fun things they have! Nearly any theme you have in mind, you can get cake/cupcake decor for your party and the prices are crazy reasonable. The store is small, but mighty - I am so happy that we are now close to this store. They also offer decorating classes that I haven't participated in, but look fun. They had some displays of holiday treats you can make and they ranged from items I feel I could pull off no problem to those that provided excellent inspiration. I'll be heading back this week as I need a specific color of icing that I know I won't have to look all over town for. Also I noticed they have edible glitter, a million kinds of sprinkles and so many other items that would make my novice baking self giddy with ideas! read more

Awilda was wonderful work with and everyone in the store is nice. So much variety of yummy ideas.

This is a cutie little cake supply store. Went in for some gold foil to cover a Cake board and couldn't leave without checking out the whole store. They have lots of goodies for decorating and the staff is super friendly and helpful! read more

As usual, Classic Cake had what I need to make my granddaughters 6th birthday cake and cupcakes!!

Came here for the first time and I love it here! The workers here are so helpful in all my questions. The prices are reasonable. I needed to buy 3 9inch round cakes pans to make my first 3 layer chocolate cake. When you come into the store, your mind can go wild with so many options on other things you want to try and make/bake! I wanted to buy more stuff but first I need to make my chocolate cake. I will definitely be back to buy some other things and explore my baking interests! read more

Love this place! I've been going to this store for 40 years. They are always very helpful and typically have hard to find items.

I have been purchasing caramel apple supplies from Classic Cake Decorations for over 12 years. The last two years I have had major issues with the caramel sliding off the apples (Peters Caramel). This is incredibly inconvenient in the caramel apple making process. I make over 75 apples during the holiday season and spend a lot of money at this store on supplies. I called last year and this year regarding this issue and was told the issue was remediated. We scrub/wash the apples to remove all wax and heat the caramel to specified temperature. Very disappointed in the product! read more

Classic Cake Decorations - Disappointing result of the Peters Caramel on our holiday apples :( - Bakeries Near Me - Westminster, California

The workers are so helpful and kind! They have all your baking necessities at at reasonable price. Love everything of the store.

Love that they have moved closer to me. Always helpful and willing to answer questions and search for something if I can't find it.

First visit was sept. 14/19 it was a good experience so I was from now on I'm keep coming and buying my decorating supplies here. So I go on to the store today oct.18 and the experience was going good until there was a point when I had to ask for help and get answers to some concerns and this lady that I don't know her name with dark hair. I ask her things and told her I wanted to compare prices with another store which I have the right to if u want to. She walks alway and starts telling the other employees I wanted to compare prices and starting cracking up looking at me since I was the only one there. She took me as a joke that's how I felt. So doubting of coming back to this store I gather go spend my well valuable earned money and gas at the cake walk or the bakers Bodega then here. Where they think I'm funny and take me ask a joke like if my money is worthless. Someone needs to seriously do something about this lady since it's her second complain or this store with end up losing more customers. read more

Larry, Nancy, and tonya are all so friendly! We have used them for years at the bakery I work at and they couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. You can tell they really love what they do. read more

Every time I've been here, the ladies were always helpful and friendly. I came here recently because I was in need of a specific cookie cutter within a very short time frame. I originally was going to purchase it from Amazon, because I figured it would be about the same price and would get to me the next day. Turns out, I miscalculated the timing, and called Classic Cake to check if they carried the item. They did, AND it was half the price of the cheapest one I saw on Amazon. On top of that, the lady who helped me informed me that I had rewards points that I could use, which brought my total down to 71 cents! You can't beat the excellent service here. I've thought about going to The Cake Walk for my baking supplies, but as long as Classic Cake has what I need, I'm keeping this as my go-to. read more

I love coming here for all my candy making and baking necessities. They have a wide range of molds and plenty of decoration options such as sprinkles. The staff is always helpful and very kind! This is the only place I go to for my supplies and will keep coming here. :) This is also the only place close to me that provides edible images and the process to order was a breeze. read more

My daughter's and I love to go here to get all our candy making supplies. The customer service is top notch and the new location is closer to our house. I highly recommend trying this place out. Once you walk into the store the yummy smells are so welcoming. The staff is wearing masks and there are markers on the ground for keeping distance which is great as the store is small and can get really busy during the holiday season. read more

I'm from la and a newbie in the baking industry and I was a bit anxious on coming in due to other stores and having a bad experience. ALTHOUGH as soon as I came in, the lady was so kind and helpful. Great energy. I will definitely be coming back!!!! Might be my spot it's so hard to find a DECENT CAKE SUPPLY STORE!! So thank you :) read more

They don't always have everything you need, even for basic supplies and colorings. They are always willing to help, take your phone number and will tell you they will bring an item in stock and call you back... but that doesn't always happen. I use to come here often, but now I feel that they would be my last resort, after Micheals and Amazon. read more

I have so much fun checking out the cool stuff this shop has to offer! Friendly staff!!! I won't shop anywhere else for my baking needs

It's a small baking supplies store. They also offer classes. The price is on the pricier side, but I've never been to a place where the people there are so knowledgeable about everything. They even have every direction if you need one (like how to melt their chocolate). read more
