When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. A tad on the pricey side for the full exterior and interior cleaning, but the car had tons of sand, crumbs and dog hair from a full, fun summer and they got it looking amazing! A comfortable waiting area with WiFi and work space where you can observe your car being serviced. The shop also does ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tinting and vehicle customization.
