I have an emergency situation with my pool motor and pump and have been calling them for three days and they have not even had the courtesy to call me back. I decided to give these guys a shot and see how they did, and when they first started my pool was very green. In 2 weeks they had my pool crystal clear and it has been that way ever since, even after a hard rain which was when I always had problems in the past. Always had a strong chlorine smell before and now we can barely smell the chlorine and our skin can tell the difference.
