Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

But each time we got the quote or had service this company was efficient, on time, and had good communication. Once he balanced the pool he explained what he added and answered any questions. If that's the kind of service the assistant manager has I don't even wanna know what the rest of the store is like.
