My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.

I guess zero stars really isn't possible, but what they deserve, in my opinion. We did receive a…read moreresponse and no, it wasn't correct. The 'discount' or 'refund' was indeed offered, but with a qualifier, that being "will that make you happy?" - NO - the repair bill was outrageous, and while they will stick to their story about providing a price up front, the repair person never told us what the cost would be beforehand. He only expressed that it was good that it wasn't the pump because "they are like $150". On the parts - yes other parts were provided like connectors for the new check valves, so unless glue is really expensive now, we feel greatly overcharged for a little over a hour's work. The owner or his helper wasn't there - they don't know what the service person said. We won't go back and we definitely won't recommend them.
