Don't waste your time! Called to have a small repair done, along with a piano tunning. He shows up…read morewith no tools for the repair. He asks if I told his mother when I called that I needed a repair also, I explained I did and he apologizes saying that his vehicle was in the shop and he was driving a temporary vehicle. My initial thought was to send him back to reschedule but I allowed him to tune the piano with the understanding that he would come back to repair ASAP. I explained to him I was playing about 20 hours per week and it was quite annoying so he was aware of the importance of getting the repair done. I made the mistake trusting him and paying him! Five weeks later after numerous calls, no response. First it was he had a fever, then it was a friend died out of town however we happened to see him running around town doing other jobs... there are other guys, don't waste your time with this guy!
