Warm welcome from the door into the warehouse where they have a dozen new and used grands to choose from. They do show some "back office" pricing information, and then find a way to beat it in their first and best offer. Piano movers they chose came in the dead of winter (snow still on the ground), and perfectly and efficiently removed an upright from 6 steps up and set up the grand on the ground floor in Delaware. First tuning was included.
