I've been going here for years. It has the best fish in town. And the prices are good.

Best haddock and salads; everything fresh. If they did a state wide contest like they did with burgers, C-J's Seafoods would win hands down.

Short wait time to order 10-15 minutes and short wait time for pick up. The small lobster roll is up to a whopping $26! It was fresh and packed with buttery lobster. The lobster tots were amazing, with a fair amount of lobster for $22. We shared both. The Brewery had cleared out a bit by the time we received food. Plenty of room at the bar and tables to enjoy our food. Huge improvement on two plus hour wait time last visit. But I think Mother Nature dictates the turn out at these events as well.

The truck opened right on time and it didn't take long to place my order. My order took about 10 minutes, 1 hot Connecticut Lobster Roll and 1 Cold Maine lobster Roll. It was a such a beautiful spring day I decided to open the back of my van and eat in the sun! ( There was no place to eat at this business.) The hot buttery Connecticut roll was tender and delicious, it had a nice amount of lobster meat. The other roll, the cold one had noticably less meat. I was disappointed but it was delicious and next time I'll try something else, people were saying that the lobster tacos and lobster quesadillas were very good too.

Cute crab shack ambience, it's a hot spot so order or arrive before the dinner crowd. My first visit was a Saturday around 6 and it was crowded and not a seat to be had! All the seafood platters being served looked amazing, so I knew I was in the right spot! I was greeted as I approached the counter and was assisted with my take out and recommended popular party sack combinations. I ordered #3 which includes a lobster tail, one cluster or 1/2 lb snow crab, 1/2 lb shrimp (I recommend requesting Head Off!) a piece of corn, and 2-3 potatoes. I chose Cajun seasoning and, very hot spice. Warning you best be a very spicy hot lover, it was challenging but loved it! I have already returned for a second time, also #3 sack added extra corn $3 and extra potatoes $3. CrabnGo special seasoning and still extra hot! Delicious not as over the top as Cajun Hot! $47 and change with the added corn and potatoes. $42 and change without. Only one quarter piece of corn first order and two potatoes. Love it! It's going to be dangerous now that I've tried this Cajun Seafood that makes you feel like you are in the Bayou! And the heat that matches!

For $50-$75 per person for one non-alcoholic drink, one shared appetizer, and one entree, I expected a little more. The room is very pretty, though they haven't managed to vent airflow away from the tables with a redirecting fin, I'd rather that than sweating on a summer's day. The drinks were great, if a bit overpriced at $10-$15 each for mocktails. The appetizer, Chicharrones De Calamar, was clearly previously frozen but overcooked calamari, no crispiness detected despite the rubberiness of being overcooked. My entree featured the fries my fellow reviewer called out, the puff-potato finest frozen, rather than fresh cut and rice that was so dry it was crunchy. The beef was not anything special and my dining companion went so far as to lament that we hadn't just dealt with the heat in their kitchen to make something instead. My companion had the cazuela and said it was fine but nothing particularly worth visiting for again. The hosting staff seemed wonderfully warm and welcoming. The wait staff were unaware of how to approach a table to place or remove dishes, what fork and knife placement might indicate that you are either continuing to dine or finished (or to ask, rather than assume a plate is ready to remove), and movement around the tables was generally awkward. I hope they're working on these skills as they all seem so lovely but service is lacking. We stopped in on a whim on a Wednesday night and while I don't regret trying somewhere new, I regret that it was Inka's.

( I don't eat seafood) Then came the issue. The man behind the counter looked at me and then went to the cooler grabbed the filet of fish and showed my friend that it was just one piece of fish. He proceeded to ask my friend if he was sure that was enough. I didn't think anything of it at first I even said hey that's a big piece of fish. Then my friend decided a few minutes later he did want an extra piece and another fry. So I let the man know so he could cook it Then it was finally ready and to cash out when I started to hear the man and another customer talking and I could tell it was based on the fact of how much food and fish we got. The customer proceeds to tell the man behind the counter that he thinks one piece of fish is good for 2 people it's a pretty big piece of fish. Then the man behind the counter proceeded to check us out but responds with yeah usually it is but when your... And he looks at me and then the guy he was talking too. ( He was signaling my weight, b/c I am a bigger girl) then laughs a little. Me and my friend walk away he looks at me again and then says something in another language I'm guessing the word for fat because they look at me one last time and laugh. Yeah that was an experience. And not a good one. You are a worker at a food establishment I'm sure I'm not the only overweight person who visits it. So if you are talking about me like that then I'm sure others are talked about as well and that's disgusting and disrespectful. Especially when we are paying customers. Not to mention it's not cheap. I went to the car and cried because I wasn't expecting that to happen, my friend didn't realize it happened but when I told him he was very upset. I'm not even eating the food but even if I was why does it matter how much we get. We went there to get some food and have a good night. Not be judged and feel like total crap after leaving out the door. So please be aware if you do go to that fish cove because they are judgemental and will talk about you in front of everyone and to other customers. They are not a nice group of people. If you read my rant thank you I appreciate it! I usually don't post stuff like this but this really got to me and nobody I mean nobody deserves to feel the way they made me feel.
